17、由两部分组成:工作单号一图纸序号标注实例:108204注:可按客户图纸编号要求标注。1. 2钢格板号码钢格板号码由两部分组成:图纸序号一钢格板序号标注实例:1308注:钢格板号码压印在每块钢格板的包边板一侧,便于识别,按图装配。钢格板序号标注在图面每块钢格板上。可按客户要求标注号码。1. 3钢格板包装钢格板基本上按各图号,各平台分开包装的。便于安装,发货时随货附上钢格板的图纸、装箱单、质量证明书等资料或将资料直接快递邮寄给收货 人,收货人必须确认收到上述资料后,才能拆箱,确保正确安装。1. 4钢格板正确定位1. 4. 1:在安装钢格板前,首先确认钢结构的安装是否符合设计要求.1 . 4. 2:

18、钢格板的位置必须按图纸要求的标高、号码铺设.对号入座,准确定位。1 . 1 . 3:钢格板间和边缘的位置见图 1 :1. 4. 4:钢格板受荷扁钢两端必须支承在钢粱或其它支承架上,每端搭接长度不少于25mm。1. 1. 5:两钢格板间距通常为 lOmm,安装时需根据图纸要求和现场实际情况作适当调整,在保证1. 4. 4的前提下,最小安装间距应满足以下要求:钢格板之间间距为3mm,钢格板与相邻结构间距为 10mm。1. 5钢格板安装安装前请先仔细阅读图纸和装箱单,然后按图和装箱单拆包装,如事先不阅读图和装箱单,把包装任意拆开,造成混乱或任意在现场切割,其责任不在供应商。钢格板按照钢结构平板构件进行安装,安装后不能横向移动或脱离支承架,主要有焊接安装和专用安装夹安装两种方法,钢格板安装后如不需拆卸和移动,建议使用焊接方法固定钢格板。1. 5. 1:焊接安装将钢格板焊接在支承梁上,以形成坚固的永久性连接。焊接要求:焊接前必须清除干净支承钢梁和钢格板表面上的锌层、油漆、铁锈、油污和水等。采用分段焊,焊缝长度不小于 25mm。焊角高度不小于5mm,焊于
