1、粮食安全储存主要指标检测校验项目总结报告一、项目基本情况根据国家粮食局司发便函【2012】18号关于开展粮食安全储存主 要指标及标准研究实仓实验工作的通知精神,结合我省早釉稻收储的 具体情况,我院成立专门的课题组,制定了详细的实施方案,并组织11 名专业技术人员,于8月14日-9月11日先后到湖南粮食集团批发市场 库区(长沙)、中储粮汉寿直属库(常德)和天下洞庭米业有限公司石 矶湖库区(益阳)开展了高水分粮食(早釉稻)和常规条件粮食(早釉 稻)安全储存指标的实仓检测,前后耗时27天,测量数据共2050个, 较好的完成了项目任务书要求,为该课题提供了大量详实、准确的一手 数据。二、项目实施时间进

2、度7月9日-12日,我院派邓树华、吴树会两位技术人员到国家粮食 局参加粮食安全储存主要指标及标准研究课题第二期培训;实验人员在粮仓内进行布置测量点的距离测量工作7月13日-25日,我院成立湖南省项目实施课题组,并根据我省实 际情况制定详细的实施方案。库区领导在帮助实验人员进行仓内布点7月25日一一7月31日,通过电话询问和实地考察、磋商相结合, 确定我省实施该项目的三个粮库:湖南粮食集团批发市场库区、中储粮 汉寿直属库和天下洞庭米业有限公司石矶湖库区。实验人员在仓内记录实验数据8月1日一一8月13日,根据实施方案,对试验所需仪器、设备、器材、辅材进行全面采购,做到准备充分。实验人员在实验室内进

3、行抱子数的测定8月14日-9月11日,课题组11名专业技术人员自带检测仪器设 备到湖南粮食集团批发市场库区、中储粮汉寿直属库和天下洞庭米业有 限公司石矶湖库区,采用集中检测(一个粮库集中七天)、相互盲测(避 免数据干扰)、专项专人负责(避免检测人为误差)的方式开展检测。 每个粮库具体检测顺序安排:第一天高水分粮第一次检测、第二天常规 储藏粮第一次检测、第三天高水分粮第二次检验、第四天抽样的水分、 孢子数检测、第五天高水分粮第三次检验、第六天高水分粮再次抽样的 检测、第七天数据整理与回顾提高。经过11位技术人员27天的连续工 作,先后检测高水分粮仓库9个、常规储藏粮仓库8个,布点453个, 取样

4、168个,检测数据2050个,基本达到课题要求。取得了一大批真 实的数据(详细数据见附件)。实验人员在实验室内摇动试管三、项目实施的经验院领导的高度重视首先,覃世民院长亲自抓本项目的实施,不仅成立以覃院长为组长, 龙湖浩副院长、胡飞俊副院长为副组长,储藏研究所和质量管理科精干 技术人员组成的湖南省粮食安全储存指标检测的课题组,同时还亲 自参与实施方案的制定和审核。其次,在项目经费尚不明确的情况下, 覃院长拍板,从单位自有资金中垫付3万多元采购了显微镜、便携式生 物安全检测仪等课题所需仪器、设备、辅材,确保了课题的顺利开展。 再次,单位派专车将试验人员、仪器设备送往试验所在库区,为该项目 的实施

5、提供了坚实的后勤保障。兄弟单位的积极配合在项目的实施过程中,得到了三个实验库区的领导和工作人员大力 支持和协助。每到一个库区,库领导都亲自接待,了解课题情况,分管 仓储的领导多次跟随课题组人员进仓,把握进展,并派出仓储科长、防 化员积极参与课题、提出建议、提供帮助。特别是许多同志刚刚搞完夏 粮收购,提前结束休假,克服疲惫,全身心的投入课题中来,确保了课 题的顺利实施。课题组成员的竭心尽力课题实施期间,正是湖南气温最高的时候,同时又是夏粮收购的尾 声,粮仓内环境十分恶劣,气温高达40多度,害虫与灰尘满天飞,CO2 浓度高达2000PPM以上。就是在这种环境下,课题组挥汗如雨一工作就是10多小时,

6、连续奋战27天,不少技术人员出现不同程度的中暑现 象,被虫咬过敏的情况可谓比比皆是,但没有一名课题组成员叫苦叫累, 个个都咬牙坚持,在最短的时间内又快又好的完成了工作任务。技术指导单位的强力技术支持在课题实施过程中不可避免的遇到许多技术方面的问题,如便携式 生物危害检测仪测试中出现异常、检测点数据出现异常等等。每当面对 这些问题,我们都向技术支撑单位国家粮科院电话咨询,无论白天黑夜, 国家粮科院专家、教授耐心的指导,不厌其烦,特别是便携式生物危害 检测仪出现故障时,国家粮科院不计成本立即跟我们换一台新设备,确 保了项目的顺利实施。四、项目实施中存在的问题时间窗口较短湖南省的早稻入仓时间是7月,

7、而项目开始的时间在8月,并且新 粮入仓后由于水分含量较高,不适合于安全储存,粮库都对其进行降温 降水处理,水分下降很快,留给我们做高水分粮试验的时间非常短,因 此本次实验中名义上的高水分粮再次测量时水分已经较低,很难达到试 验要求。单次测量时间长便携式生物危害检测仪每次检测所需时间过长。由于高温高湿,粮 食自身呼吸十分旺盛,CO2浓度高,因此测定样品CO2浓度时需要进 行多次排气,导致单次测量时间超过8分钟,长的长达15分钟以上。由于布点较多,8小时上班时间,一般只能测量2个仓库数据。仪器重现性较差便携式生物危害检测仪重现性较差,每检测完一个仓后其在大气中 排空的背景浓度都有所改变,在测量中排

8、空的背景浓度越来越大,完成 两个库区的实仓检测后已无法继续进行检测,只能寄送回国家粮科院检 修的。这种较差的重现性很可能会影响实验结果的科学性。兄弟单位基础设施较弱由于地方粮库实验仪器较少,技术人员水平不够高,无法为项目实 施提供有效地技术支持,因此课题组不仅要派出全部技术人员而且还需 携带大量实验仪器到粮库开展课题,造成了很大不便。五、项目结果试验结束后,课题组成员对实验结果进行了整理和深入分析,得出 如下结论:1.湖南省储粮CO2浓度整体偏高除了在湖南粮食集团批发市场粮库第一次测量的三个高水分粮粮 仓出现储粮CO2浓度在1000PPM以下,其余测量点无论是高水分粮还 是常规储藏粮CO2浓度

9、基本在2000PPM,有的甚至高达20000PPM。 按便携式生物安全检测仪中微生物危害等级分类看,基本都属于严重危 害的IV。这显然与储粮的真实情况不符合。可能的原因是:1、湖南的 高温高湿环境使粮粒自身的呼吸非常旺盛,CO2浓度很高。2、高粉尘 和持续测量使便携式生物安全检测仪读数不准确。3、CO2浓度与微生 物危害相关性不大。2.检测点CO2浓度、水分含量和真菌孢子数相关性不明显由于测量采用的盲测,CO2浓度、水分含量和真菌孢子数的检测人 员都独立检测,不知道样品的对方信息,避免了倾向性检测。从我们的 检测结果看检测点CO2浓度、水分含量和真菌孢子数相关性不明显, 与技术支撑单位提供的图
