3、n environment as well as encourage e by improving performance.2适用范围 Scope2.1电梯中国区域运营辖下所有区域内的所有安装部All Branch Installation Departments under ThyssenKrupp Elevator China Field2.2纳入本奖金计划的岗位有安装工程主管(经理)、项目经理、项目主管、项目工程师、安装调试主管(经理)、调试工程师、调试技术员;并涵盖前述岗位的除三级以下的所有技术等级。任何与本政策不相符或额外的其它激励政策在颁布之前,都必须经过总部的批准。电梯中国区运营

10、ty Dept.4描述和说明 Description and Explanation4.1激励措施Incentive Rules4.1.1如果一个项目为团队合作项目,则总经理协调该项目奖金的分配。BGM coordinates bonus allocation if it is a project cooperated a.4.1.2所产生的个人所得税由员工自行承担。The IIT will be borne by the employees.4.1.3奖金日前离职的适用,离职后将视为放弃离职前的所有奖金。It is regarded as giving up all the unpaid b

All the involved unitsshould be registered in database.4.2.2第一品牌梯台确认移交维保且除质保款外所有逾期应收账款均已收到后给予支付相应奖金;第二品牌电梯在提交当地质量技术合格证至总部安装部后,给予支付相应奖金;如梯台丢失,则不计入奖金考评范畴。It is paid for corresponding bonus if thebrand is handed over to Se

18、金的结算对象仅为安装工程主管(经理)或安装调试主管(经理),结算周期为每个财年;结算时须提供团队绩效奖金申请表内含其所负责团队。Teerformance bonus is only for Installation supervisor (manager) or installation adjustmentsupervisor (manager). It will be settled every fiscal year and Teerformance Bonus Application isnesaryhis pros.4.2.4如发生安全事故,则依据安全事故惩处规定处理。It is r
19、eferred to Penalty Regulations against Safety Accident if any safety accidents happened.4.3结算程序 Settlement Procedure4.3.1安装部在4月、10月初递交结算奖金(梯台)申请;在10月初递交团队绩效奖金申请。申请时须将具备结算条件的项目奖金申请表(奖金申请有效期为验收至移交维保日一年之内),团队绩效奖金申请表经公司财务、维保部确认,提交至总部安装部。总经理及区域财务总监批准后,Branch installation submits bonus (units) applicatiot
