2、理等学科基础之上,研究企业信息资源与信息技术管理和信息系统建设的交叉性应用科学,是一门基于信息管理者在信息时代和经济全球化背景下,以全新的视野和方法运用信息技术提升企业管理水平的课程。该课程以管理学知识为基础,利用计算机和网络技术为平台,用系统的观念,揭示企事业单位信息化建设的规律、面临的问题、建设方法,以及信息化对现代管理模式的影响。通过本课程基本理论和基本方法的学习,使学生了解、掌握信息技术在当今全球商业企业中的价值所在以及企业应用信息系统中的业务实践经验,为企业的信息化建设决策及信息系统运营管理服务。本课程的主要任务是:(1)学习管理信息系统的基本理论;(2)学习信息技术的相关基础设施;

3、(3)常见的关键系统应用;(4)学习管理信息系统的建设及运营管理。课程目标通过本课程的学习,能使学生达到以下要求:(1)掌握信息技术对当今企业的潜在价值,熟悉信息系统的常见视角,熟悉信息系统的常见类型,以及企业运用信息技术实现竞争优势的一般理念;(2)掌握信息系统基础设施的构成,商业智能理念及相关技术支撑;(3)掌握常见的关键系统应用的理念、价值及相关IT资源;(4)掌握信息系统建设的方法、信息系统项目管理典型问题。通过本课程的学习,预期能使学生提升如下能力:(1)可与IT技术人员对话,共同建立一个成功的管理信息系统的能力;(2)掌握灵活运用各类信息系统解决实际管理问题的能力;(3)掌握管理各

4、类信息资源,提升组织和自身管理决策水平的能力;(4)培养利用信息技术推进和参与组织变革的能力。各章教学要求及教学要点Chapter 1 (6 classes)Teaching contents:This chapter serves two primary purposes.First the chapter introduces your students to the broad notion of management information systems within an organization and the three key resources on which MIS f
