1、高级英语课程考核大纲【考核目的】 对学生的学习状况进行描述,帮助学生认识自己的学习状况;对教学状况作出检查,为教学提供反馈信息,判断教学目的的达成度。【考核范围】考核的内容范围以课堂所学内容为主:课文中涉及到的单词的识记及运用,基本的英语语法规则,长难句分析,复杂句的理解和翻译, 一定的写作能力及听力理解能力。【考核方法】本课程考核包括学习过程考核与期末考核两部分。学习过程考核成绩占总成绩的40%,包括出勤情况(10%)、课堂参与度及课堂问题回答情况(15%)、课后作业及学习笔记(15%)。期末考核重点考核课程的学习内容,占总成绩的60%。【期末考试形式】采用笔试、闭卷的形式。【期末考试对试题
2、的要求】 主、客观试题的比例大致为:主观题30% 客观题70%。题型比例:听力理解20%、填空20%、阅读理解30%、翻译10%、写作20%。难度等级:分为较易、中等、较难三个等级,大致比例为30:40:30。【期末考试的具体内容】Unit 1 Fighting with the Force of Nature知识点:1单词识记 2短语识记 3句型识记 考核目标:1了解:(1)了解课文中提到的希特勒和拿破仑失败的背景,及其失败与自然环境的关系 2理解:(1)Text A The Icy Defender(2)Text B The Normandy Landing3掌握:(1)Vocabular

Here are a few thoughts from Sam Walton (1992) about the importance of communication: Communicate everything you possibly can to your partners. The more they know, the more theyll understand. The more th
18、ey understand, the more theyll care. Once they care, there is no stopping them. If you dont trust your associates to know whats going on, theyll know you dont really consider them as partners. Listen to everyone in your company. And figure out ways to get them talking. The folks on the front lines -
19、 the ones who actually talk to the customers - are the only ones who really know whats going on out there. Youd better find out what they know. This really is what total quality is all about. To push responsibility down in your organization, and to force good ideas to bubble up within it, you must l
20、isten to what your associates are trying to tell you. Managers at Magma Copper Company realized just how important these concepts are. They shared information, empowered workers, and unleashed talents to solve problems that threatened the firms survival. Once management and labor agreed on the facts
21、 of the companys condition and what was needed to improve it, they pulled together to accomplish a dramatic turnaround.People in organizations need each other. They must coordinate and pool their efforts to achieve their goals and avoid waste and confusion. They must focus on the needs of customers,
22、 those inside as well as outside the company. They must be able to articulate their needs so that they can work cooperatively. They must be free to express what they know and believe in order to capitalize on opportunities for meaningful change. Managers who really believe that their people are the
23、organizations most valuable resource will make communicating with those people their most vital process. Human Relations at HP: A Case Study Hewlett-Packard Co. was established in 1938 by two young men. HP believes that the achievements of an organization are the result of the combined efforts of ea
24、ch individual employee. As a result, the company tries to make sure that it has innovative people at all levels and has taken several steps to ensure that HP employees work in an environment that fosters creativity. Every employee is treated with consideration and respect. An informal work setting h
25、elps to build employee enthusiasm and morale. The company tries to select enthusiastic people for important managerial positions in hope that the enthusiasm will be contagious. The management style at HP includes management by wandering around so that managers keep in touch with what employees are d
26、oing and can encourage them to offer ideas. The informality at HP extends into its organizational structure.Communication between different groups is encouraged. Although HPs fifty-four small divisions were organized into three major business divisions and a marketing and sales division in 1984, inf
27、ormal meetings and cooperation among divisions are still the norm. In addition, top managers encourage employees to think of the company as one big family in which all members are striving together to reach corporate objectives.1.
