4、nty-one years old man was pulled out alive Wednesday from the big landslidein southern China.TianZeman had been buried in piles of debrisfor sixty-seven hours,sayschineseofficials.It took rescuers three hours to reach in.Tian was weak and dehydratedwhen rescue workersfound him,Chineseofficial said.H
5、e told them his name and reported that another person was buried near him,Associated Pressreported.Butmedical staff and rescueworks said the second person did not survive.Chineseofficials said more than seventy people are missingafter Sundy s landslide in Shenzhen.The landslide buried buildings unde
6、r mud and consturctiondebris.The BBC reported that at least four bodies had been recovered by Wednesday afternoon.Chineseofficial said five thousand rescuer workers were working to find missing people.Doctors said that Tian,a migrant workerfrom Chongqing,suffered many broken bones and other injuries

The official Xinhua news agency says the countrys top legislature must approve the proposal before it becomes law.A Chinese Communist Party statement gavea number of reasons for the changein policy. The statement said the change is me
18、ant to balance population development. It said the move also attempts to stop a declining birth rate and strengthen the countrys work force.China,the worlds most populous country,launched the one-child policy in 1980. But the government permitted only a small number of couples to have two children.
19、For example, some rural families were given approval to have two children.A total of 19 rural provinces have a partial two-child policy. That policy states if the first-born is a girl, a second child is permitted.In 2013, the Chinesegovernment gave other couples a chance to have two children. Famili
20、es could have two if one parent was an only child.A teacher and population expert, Jiang Quanbao, explained how Chinese families will react to the policy.Too many young people in the cities are probably no longer interested in having a second child, he said. People in rural farming villages may be m
