14、.合同拘谨力的范围.合同权益人范围.修正.合同内容严密.制止招徕对方雇员.通知.不放弃权益.可转让性.可分割性.全部协议.附录以及附件.文本.签署实际证明，英译合同中容易出现过失的地方通常不是大的陈说性条款，而是一些关键的细目，比如：金钱、时间、数量等。为了防止出过失，在英译合同时，经常运用一些有限定作用的构造来界定细目所指定确实切范围。. 限定责任众所周知，合同中要明确规定双方的责任。为翻译好双方责任的权限与范围，经常运用连词和介词的固定构造。现把最常用的此类构造举例阐明如下。and/or常用 and/or英译合同中“甲和乙+甲或乙的内容，这样就可防止漏译其中的一部分。Eg. 假设上述货物对

19、 and not including October . 限定金额为防止金额数量的差漏、伪造或涂改，英译时常用以下措施严厉把关。大写文字反复金额英译金额须在小写之后、在括号内用大写文字反复该金额，即使原文合同中没有大写，英译时也有必要加上大写。在大写文字前加上“SAY，意为“大写；在最后加上“ONLY意思为“整。必需留意：小写与大写的金额数量要一致。Eg. 聘方须每月付给受聘方美圆 元整。Party A shall pay Party B a monthly salary of US $ SAY FIVE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ONLY。正确运用货币符号英译金额必需留意区分和正确运用各种不同的货币称号符号。“$既可代表“美圆，又可代表其他某些地方的货币；而“不仅代表“英镑，也可代表其他某些地方的货币。必需留意：当金额用数字书写时，金额数字必需紧靠货币符号，例如：Can $，不能写成：Can $ ，.另外，翻译的还要特别留意金额中是小数点 。还是分节号 ，由于这两个符号极易引起笔误，稍有忽略，其后果是不堪想象的。商务合同曾经成为职场中人必需掌握的一门知识，
