1、专业实习大纲课程编号：100096305课程名称：专业实习高等教育层次：本科课程在培养方案中的地位：课程性质：必修对应于新能源材料与器件专业 属于：BJ基础课程基本模块开课学年及学期：本科四年级第7学期课程总学时：2周 ，总学分：2一、目的与任务 生产实习是培养本专业学生所必须的一个实践性教学环节。它是在学生基本学完专业理论课程、进行了材料综合实践，并即将进行毕业论文工作的情况下进行的。 生产实习的目标是： 1通过实习使学生将所学专业理论知识与生产实际相结合，从而进一步巩固、加深、扩展专业知识面，并使之更加系统化。2通过参加实际生产过程，使学生熟悉生产实际环境，对产品的生产、组织、技术管理及材

2、料制备、测试、分析等方面有初步的了解。3培养学生深人实际的工作作风，增强劳动观念。4通过学习，使学生大概了解本专业目前在我国的发展水平，增强社会责任感。二、内容、要求与进度安排1内容 了解材料制备、测试的主要仪器设备，了解材料的主要制备过程。主要学习生产工艺原理、主要工艺条件、主要工艺设备生产过程中污染物排放生产过程中污染物的控制措施。 2要求 (1)要求学生写实习日记，将每天搜集的资料、听取的专题报告及心得体会等记在实习日记本上。(2)必须写出实习报告。在实习的最后一周，学生应根据搜集到的资料等写出实习报告。报告应简明扼要，文字清晰，论述有条理。3进度安排 时间总共为2周，有效工作时间为10
