7、ssignment of copyright should be complete as soon as both sides fulfill the contract. MF Advertising Agency delivers the final pictures to the client with his confirmation will be regarded as the contract has been fulfilled by MF Advertising Agency. MF Advertising Agency receives the residual paymen

If the client requires a specific photographer, should discuss and decide the exact shooting date & price with MF Advertisi

And if any delay of the shooting date that caused by the client, MF Advertising Agency shall have rights to change the photographer, and redecide the shooting date after discussion with the client.XXX影像须依照拍摄要求安排专业摄影师跟进甲方拍摄，原则上不指派摄影师。如甲方需指派摄影师，由于受

12、档期限制，需提前7天以书面或email形式确定拍摄日期及价格。如甲方在排期确定后单方面更改拍摄日期，则XXX影像有权更换摄影师，且须经各方友好协商后重新确定拍摄日期。Without further authorization from the MF Advertising Agency or without name credit, the client do not have the right to use the unpaid or unselected testing shots, preliminary and other copies thereof (collectively “
