3、主要的语法,在探讨跨文化人力资源管理实践的基础上,注重分析跨国企业在实行人力资源管理时面临的选择和做出各种选择需要考虑的若干因素,体现了国际人力资源管理领域的整体现状和最新发展。通过本课程的学习帮助学生了解国际人力资源管理发展的动态和方向,能有效区别国际人力资源管理与国内人力资源管理在不同实践操作环节的相同之处和不同之处。 本课程设计的教学任务主要包括培养学生掌握国际人力资源管理的理论和实践领域的基本知识,并会用专业英语表达出来,以便将来的实践运用和理论创新。三、教学内容和要求1Background of international human resource management(4学时)
