27、Seller shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance of entire or portion of these Sale Contract obligations in consequence of Force Majeure incidents: flood, fire, earthquake, drought, war, or any other matters couldn t be foreseen or controlled or couldn t be avoided. But Seller sha

28、ll inform the incidents to Buyer immediately, and shall delivery the certificate of Force Majeure incidents issued by related organization within 15 days after the incidents happened. If the incidents influence more than 120 days, both parties shall negotiate to decide whether to execute or terminate the Sales Contract.
