21、. Whhen tthe aactuaal woorklooad oof thhe deesignn is lesss thaan haalf oof thhe woork aat thhe sttage, thee Parrty AA shaall ppay hhalf of ddesiggn chhargees att thee staage. Whenn thee acttual workkloadd of the desiign iis moore tthan halff of the workk at the stagge, tthe PPartyy A sshalll payy a

22、lll thee chaargess forr dessign workk at the stagge.9144甲方应按按本合同规规定的金额额和日期向向乙方支付付设计费，逾逾期支付的的，每天承承担应支付付金额百分分之一的违违约金，且且乙方提交交设计文件件的时间顺顺延。逾期期超过300天以上时时，乙方有有权暂停履履行下阶段段工作，并并书面通知知甲方。甲甲方或其他他审批单位位对设计文文件不审批批或本合同同项目暂停停缓建，甲甲方均应支支付应付的的设计费。9.1.44 Thee Parrty AA shoould pay the desiign cchargges tto thhe Paarty B

Inn casse thhe Paarty A orr othher aapprooval unitts woould not apprrove the desiign ddocummentss or the consstrucctionn of

31、d coontacct onn thee dessign of tthe pprojeect.9244乙方对设设计文件出出现的遗漏漏或错误负负责修改或或补充。The PPartyy B sshalll be respponsiible for the reviisionn or suppplemeent tto thhe miistakkes oor ommissiion oof thhe deesignn doccumennts.9255由于乙方方原因，延延误了设计计文件交付付时间，每每延误一天天，应减收收该项目应应收设计费费的百分之之一。If thhe deelay for deliive
