Nowadays, it has become a core professional course of business management. As one of the key fields in the study of enterprise manageme

3、nt theory, it not only occupies a prominent position in the management theory, but also values in the process of enterprise management. Strategic management aims to study the major issues related to the survival and development of enterprises, which builds and explores the management area. At the sa

4、me time, Strategic management is a practical application course which plays an important role in the professional training program. Meanwhile, Strategic management is a combination of theory and skill training. Its purpose is not only to introduce basic knowledge to learners, but also to encourage a

5、nd cultivate students habits, to analyze problems independently. From the perspective of general management or overall management, Strategic management integrates the relationships within the enterprise and the external environment, highlights the core and essence of enterprise management from a str

6、ategic perspective and starting point, and aims to probe into the source of the enterprises lasting competitive advantage and long-term business performance. The purpose of learning Strategic management is to cultivate students comprehensive analysis and decision-making ability, improve students str

7、ategic awareness, and help them to solve problems from a strategic height, which is conducive to students overall improvement of management quality.Course aims.The purpose of this course is to cultivate students comprehensive analysis and decision-making ability, and to improve their strategic aware

As the cradle of cultivating future senior management talents, the major of university management must teach the theory and method of Strategic management to the students. This course can enhance students ability to make go

9、od decisions when talking about corporate affairs. It is essential to find their potentials to analyze and solve problems from a strategic height are conducive to the overall improvement of students management quality.、Course Objectives 1. Moral Education and Character Cultivation.In the practice of

10、 teaching Strategic management, we should fully consider the knowledge structure, theoretical level and application ability requirements of our students into the course structure. And it will be our task to combine the theoretical knowledge of Strategic management with ideological and political educ

11、ation from the aspects of integrity, professional ethics, responsibility consciousness, professionalism, social responsibility, etc. Based on the case analysis of typical national enterprises, we should integrate the education of socialist core values into the teaching content and links of the whole

12、 teaching process, highlight value guidance, knowledge teaching and ability training, help students correctly grasp the basic national conditions, grasp scientific world outlook and methodology, and promote the establishment of correct world outlook and values.2.
