10、ct Introduction Page 10Scope of WorksObject: RAN & BSS System (2G & 3G )Services:Huawei will maintain KPI in Makassar (Urban + Sub Urban) area only with total 2259 TRX(338 sites) for 8 months (for 2G services) and 59 Node B in Makassar area (for 3G services) and 41 node B in Balikpapan & Samarinda a

11、rea (for 3G services) Other area (3079 TRX) in Sulampapua (exc. Makassar), there are No KPI commitment and Huawei will provide for : Daily ReportWeekly ReportBSC & RNC Analyses ParameterSuggestion for TroubleshootingSuggestion for Parameter ChangingMonthly report analysesFor point a-f, Huawei will d

12、o by remotely in Jakarta. Huawei will provide complaint analyses support for VIP customer by providing OSS Drive Test max. 16 times (each month 2 complaints for 8 month support). Huawei team will support by remotely from Jakarta. In this case, if needed Huawei team can support by on-site if by remot
