1、Unit 8 When is your birthday?Section B Period 2潮州市高级实验学校 周敏一教学目标:(一)知识和能力目标:学会写通知,及给朋友写便条。(二)过程与方法:1.处理上,知识点从易到难,从浅到深逐步呈现。2. 结合任务型教学,设计各种问题引导学生从文段中找出相关的答案。3. 结合了本节课的内容和近段时间学校举办的各种活动,插入了学生感兴趣的图片。(三)情感态度与价值观:通过呈现学校举办的活动,进而来邀请朋友来参加,增进友谊。二教学重难点:(一)教学重点:就课内外学生们的组织活动的话题内容,展开听、说、读的的训练。练习写作便条,邀请朋友参加自己(学校)的某

2、项活动。(二)教学难点:能阅读有关学校组织活动内容的短文,并能获得相关信息,提高学生们的阅读能力。通过不同形式的写作训练来练习写作便条,指导学生能熟练地写作便条来邀请朋友参加自己(学校)的某项活动。三课前准备:多媒体课件四教学过程:Before class:呈现本节课课题以及学习能力目标(一)Step 1 :Revision & lead in T: Last week, we had a Sports Day. When was the Sports Day?Ss: Nov.26th and 27th.T: Well, here are some pictures of our Sports

3、 Day. Look! (展示运动员在校运会上的英姿) What do you think of the Sports Day ?Ss: Its interesting/ fun/ relaxing(二)Step 2 :Presentation T: Beside the Sports Day, our school has many interesting activities. Lets see some photos and then tell me what activities we have? Understand?Ss: Yes.T: OK, lets see. (呈现学校的各种

Can their parents come to their school on the School Day? (Yes, they can.)2. Is this term busy? (Yes, it is.)T: Times up.

Ask the students to observe th

This is the note from him to his friend Alan, but some words are missing. Now you should try to complete it.(1)Then ask one student to read out hi

12、s answers.(2)Ask the sudents to observe the note, and think about how to write a note.Note: who; what; when; where(四)Step 4: WritingT: We all know tomorrow is our art festival. Now its your turn to write a note to your friend. Ask the sudents to write.Then show some notes.Jane, Do you like singing?
