1、发生安全事故的原因The reasons for safety accident in laboratory人五骨牌原理在H.W.Heinrich之五骨牌原理中,均由事故引起。而事故由不安全行为及不安全环境所引起,如果整个社会对安全存有某一种缺陷,因而造就人的缺陷,因此产生不 安全环境及行为。灾难事故不安全环境行为人的缺陷社会的缺陷人新五骨牌原理事故虽由不安全行为及不安全环境所引起,而两者乃是由不良管理所引起,根本上是管理不善、不重视安全、无安全政策及决心。)灾 (损难 失)事故直(接征原候因 )基(本起原源因 )控(制管不理足事故原因分类分析凡不知、不顾、不理、不能、粗心、迟钝、疲劳、情绪,

3、ty的缩写。EHS管理体系: EHS管理体系是环境管理体系(EMS)和职业健康安全管理体系(OHSMS)两体系的整合。EHS管理体系环境、职业健康与安全管理体系。EHS 管理体系(environment 环境, health 健康, safety 安全) 是指建立环境、的整体, 是三安全、健康的组织机构及其职责、程序、过程和资源等位一体的管理体系, 其影响目前已涉及化工、食品、纺织服装、电子仪器等行业。EHS将组织实施环境、健康和安全管理的组织机构、职责、做法、程序、过程和资源等要素, 通过先进、科学、系统的运行模式有机地融合在一起,相互关联, 相互作用, 形成的动态管理体系。EHS强调项目的
4、健康、安全以及对周围环境的保护, 将企业追求最大利润的目标逐步变为保全生命质量、保护环境资源的可持续利用与追逐利润并重, 在企业管理目标中凸显出人和环境资源的地位和价值。建立和持续改进EHS 管理体系已经成为国内外企业公司竞争力, 构筑竞争优势, 促进可持续与和谐发展的重要。针对工业界为什么要建立、推行EHS管理体系?建立推行EHS管理体系的目的就是保护环境,改进我们工作场所的健康性和安全性,改善劳动条件,员工的合法利益。它的推行和实施,对增强工厂的凝聚力,完善工厂的管理,工厂形象,创造更好的经济效益和社会效益将起到极大的推动作用。EHS的提出和应用, 主要是针对企业, 后来在国外被推广应用到
