Limited or its nominee (“Taihang”) has agreed to acquire all of the South African mining interests of Eastern Platinum Limited (“Eastplats”).1.1我方特此承诺XX矿产资源有限公司或其简

Not only is this a c

50、ontravention of the Regulations but, as a result, no distributions can be made to any non-resident holder of the preference shares without first obtaining Exchange Control approval. It is recommended that Eastplats should be obliged to procure that the share certificates are endorsed “non-resident”
