4、designinstructionsandgraphicsymbols,listofequipmentandmaterials,systemdiagram,andplanview.用于施工阶段的图纸至少应包括封面、图纸目录、工程设计说明及图例、设备材料清单、系统图、平面图及设备的安装大样图。Acompletesetofdrawingsusedintheconstructionstageshallatleastincludethecover,drawingcontent,engineeringdesigninstructionsandgraphicsymbols,listofequipmenta

5、ndmaterials,systemdiagram,planview,andthedetaildrawingofequipmentinstallation.照明专业图纸范围如下:Scopeofdrawingsforlightingisasfollows:必须包括封面、图纸目录、工程设计说明及图例、设备材料清单、系统图、平面图、机房设备布置图、安装大样图。安装详图根据项目情况,应由设计师根据项目的可实现性和各专业分项工程的配合决定绘图深度,设计出满足项目需求的可实施的拓展性安装详图。Itshallincludethecoversheet,drawingcontent,engineeringdes

7、awingaccordingtotheprojectfeasibilityandcoordinationbetweenallsubdivisionalworksofeachdisciplinetosatisfytheprojectrequirements.封面Cover封面应包含项目名称、图纸性质(初步设计、施工图、竣工图等)、公司名称、日期。Thecovershallbeartheprojectname,drawingproperty(preliminarydesign,constructiondrawing,asbuiltdrawing,etc.),companyname,anddate.

8、图纸目录Drawingcontent图纸目录应包含以下内容:项目名称、项目编号、设计公司名称、专业、图纸名称、图纸编号、图幅、出图日期、制图人及审核人等内容。Thedrawingcontentshallincludethefollowing:projectname,projectID,nameofdesigncorporation,discipline,drawingname,drawingnumber,sheet,drawingfinishingdate,thepersonwhodraws,andtheauditor.工程设计说明及图例Engineeringdesigninstruction

9、sandgraphicsymbols设计总说明须包括但不限于:工程概况、设计依据、各子系统施工内容、施工要求和注意事项、设计特殊要求和施工配合要点、设计范围内智能化系统与相关专业的技术接口要求、图例符号等。Thegeneraldesigninstructionsshallinclude,withoutlimitationto:Projectprofile,designbasis,constructioncontentsofeachsubsystem,constructionrequirementsandnotices,specialdesignrequirementsandkeypointsi

10、nconstructioncooperation,technicalinterfacerequirementsfortheintelligentsystemandrelevantdisciplineswithinthescopeofdesign,graphicsymbols,andsoon.设备材料清单Listofequipmentandmaterials在材料表中的图形符号图例应采用国标,其次是部标、行标。未予规定的自拟图形图例,应在图例中标出且加以说明。当使用国标图形图例,又给予不同含义时也应加以说明一套图纸的图例符号应前后一致。Graphicsymbolsinthelistofmater

11、ialsshalladoptthoseinnationalstandards,followedbyministerialstandardsandindustrystandards.Selfmadegraphicdrawingsnotspecifiedshallbemarkedinthegraphicsymbolswithexplanations.Explanationsshallalsobegivenwhengraphicsymbolsinnationalstandardsaregivendifferentmeanings.Thegraphicsymbolsusedinonesetofdraw

12、ingsshallbeinconsistencewitheachother.设备材料清单,按系统开列组成系统主要设备和材料,应标明设备名称、规格型号、主要技术指标、品牌(产地)、数量。非标设备、材料应备注说明技术要求。Thelistofequipmentandmaterialsshalllistthemajorequipmentandmaterialsconstitutingthesystem,withanindicationoftheequipmentname,specificationandmodel,keytechnicalindicators,brand(origin),andquan

13、tity.Technicalrequirementsfornonstandardequipmentandmaterialsshallbemarked.各个平面图、设备房图应随附图例并标注数量。包括电脑、软件、编程工具、机柜、电源、变压器等设备材料都必须在图纸上或设备材料中体现出来,并且注明型号、规格、数量总和。Allplanviewsandequipmentroomdrawingsshallbeattachedwithgraphicsymbolsandquantity.Equipmentandmaterialsincludingcomputers,software,programmingtoo

14、ls,cabinets,powersupplyandtransformersshallbeindicatedinthedrawingsorlistofequipmentmaterials,withclearindicationofthemodel,specificationandtotalquantity.系统图Systemdiagram照明供配电系统图:应注明系统结构、主要配置、终端分布、主干线缆、供电要求、文字说明等。具体设计原则请参考民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ16-2008第3章,第4章。当有类似5D剧场有人员参与演出涉及舞台照明时,舞台照明的供电与负荷计算应参照民用建筑电气设计规范JG

16、ofCivilBuilding.Wshentherearepersonnelparticipatinginthestageshowinlikely-to-be5Dtheaterwithstageilluminationinvolved,powersupplyandloadcalculationofstageilluminationshallrefertotherelatedregulationsofSection9.6,Chapter9ofJGJ16-2008CodeforElectricalDesignofCivilBuildings.注意:Notes:1当采用可控硅做调光设备时,其电源变压

17、器宜采用接线方式为A/YO的变压器。WhenSCRcomponentsareusedasdimmerdevice,thesupplytransformershallbe/Y0transformer.2为抑制高次谐波对照明控制装置及其它系统设备的干扰,除应满足民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ16-2008第22章第22.3节的规定外,还应注意:电声,电视转播设备的电源不宜接在照明用电变压器上。Torestraintheinterferenceofultraharmonicsonilluminationcontroldevicesandothersystemequipments,exceptthatth

19、明相别;并标明负荷名称。具体设计原则请参考民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ16-2008第7章,建筑照明设计标准GB50034-2004第7章。Systemdiagramofswitchbox:ItshallindicatetheswitchboxNo.,model,andlead-inloopNo.;itshallalsoindicatethemodelandspecificationofswitches(orfuses),outgoinglineloopNo.,andmodelandspecificationofleads,aswellastheloadcapacity;thephasesequ

20、enceshallbemarkedforsingle-phasewire;theloadnameshallalsobemarked.Fordetails,pleaserefertochapter7ofJGJ16-2008CodeforElectricalDesignofCivilBuildingsandchapter7ofGB50034-2004StandardforLightingDesignofBuilding.s配电箱系统图须考虑三相平衡,三相配电干线的各相负荷宜分配平衡,最大相负荷不宜超过三相负荷平均值的115%,最小相负荷不宜小于三相负荷平均值的85%。Inmakingthesyst

21、emdiagramofswitchbox,equilibrationofthethree-phasesystemshallbeconsidered;loadoneachwireofthethree-phasedistributiontrunkshallbedistributedinequilibration;themaximumphaseloadshallnotexceed115%ofthemeanloadsofthethree-phasesystem,andtheminimumphaseloadshallnotbesmallerthan85%ofthemeanloadsofthethree-

22、phasesystem.如有供给气体放电灯的三相配电线路,其中性线截面应满足不平衡电流及谐波电流的要求,且不应小于相线截面。Ifthereisthree-phasepowerdistributionlineforthegasdischargelamp,itsneutrallinesectionshallmeettherequirementsofunbalancecurrentandharmoniccurrentandshallnotbesmallerthanthephaselinesection.照明配电箱应保留备用回路,备用回路的数量不应低于配电箱回路数量的30%。Thelightdistr

23、ibutionboxshallhaveabackuploop,andthenumberofbackuploopsshallnotbesmallerthan30%ofthenumberofswitchboxloop.照明设备的接电方法,应采用专用接插件连接,接插件额定容量应有足够余量。Powerconnectionoflightingequipmentsshalladoptthededicatedconnectorsandtheratedcapacityshallbeenough.由晶闸管调光装置配出的舞台照明线路宜采用单相配电。当采用三相配电时,宜每相分别配置中性导体,当共用中性导体时,中性导

24、体截面不宜小于相导体截面的2倍。Forthestagelightinglinesdistributedbythyristorlight-controllingdevice,single-phasedistributionshallbeadopted.Whenadoptingthree-phasedistribution,itisappropriatetodistributeneutralconductorrespectivelyineachphase;whenneutralconductorisusedincommon,itscrosssectionshallbenotlessthan2tim

25、esthatofphaseconductor.照明设备应根据低压配电系统的接地形式确定采用接地保护措施。Lightingequipmentsshalldeterminegroundprotectionmeasuresaccordingtotheearthingformoflow-voltagedistributionsystem.4.5.3.照明控制系统图:应标注控制箱编号、型号;标注控制回路编号、导线型号规格、通讯协议、接口界面、控制系统若与其它设备有接口,须标明接口类型。Lightingcontrolsystemdiagram:Itshallindicatethecontrollingbo

26、xNo.andmodel;controlloopNo.,modelandspecificationofleads,communicationprotocol,andinterface;ifthecontrolsystemhasaninterfacewithotherequipment,markthetypeofinterface.4.531控制系统采用专用接地装置时,接地电阻值不应大于4Q。采用共用接地装置时,接地电阻值不应大于1Q。Whenthecontrolsystemadoptsspecialearthingdevice,theresistancetoearthshallnotbegre

27、aterthan4QWhenacommonearthingdeviceisused,theresistancetoearthshallnotbegreaterthanIQ乙级及乙级以上电影院观众厅(主演区,预演区)的照明应能渐亮渐暗平滑调节或分档调节。LightingintheaudiencehallofclassBorabovecinemas(performanceareaandrehearsearea)shallbecapableofchangingfrombrighttodimstategraduallyandsmoothlyorcanbeadjustedbydifferentgrade

28、s.入口、排队区、上客区、下客区、主演区、预演区等直接为观众服务的地区的照明控制开关应集中单独控制。Thelightingcontrolswitchesintheareasdirectlyservingtheaudiences,suchastheentry,queuearea,loadon/offareas,performanceareaandrehearseareashallbeintensivelyandindependentlycontrolled.当采用调光设备时,每一照明回路的可载容量,应与所选用的调光设备的回路输出容量相适应。Whenusingthelight-controllin

29、gdevices,theloadcapacityforeachlightingloopshallbecompatiblewiththeoutputcapacityoftheselectedlight-controllingdevice.类似5D剧场有人员参与演出的舞台调光控制装置的选择和安装应符合下列要求:Theselectionandinstallationofstagelight-controllingdeviceswithpersonnelsparticipationinthestageshowinthelikely-to-be5Dtheatershallconformtothefoll

30、wingrequirements:舞台照明调光控制器的选型:小型剧场,可选用带预选装置的控制器,中型及以上规模的剧场,宜选用带计算机的控制器。Modelselectionofstageilluminationlight-controller:forsmall-sizedtheater,thecontrollerwithpre-electeddevicecouldbeselected;forthetheaterwithmiddlesizeandabove,thecontrollerwithcomputercouldbeselected.舞台照明调光控制台宜安装在观众厅后部的灯控室内,并应符合下列

31、规定:Stageilluminationlightingconsoleshallinstallinthelightingcontrolroominthebackofauaditoriumandconformtothefollowingregulations:(1)调光柜和舞台配电设备应设在靠近舞台的单独房间内;Dimmercabinetandstagedistributionequipmentshallbesetupwithinthesingleroomclosetothestage;(2)舞台表演区应在灯光控制人员的视野范围内;Stageactingareashallbeinthefield

32、ofviewoflight-controllingpersonnel;(3)灯控人员应能容易的观察到观众席的情况;Light-controllingpersonnelshallbeabletoeasilyobservetheauditorium;(4)应与舞台布灯配光联系方便;Shallbeinconvenientcontactwithlampcollocationandlightdistributionofthestage.(5)调光设备与线路应安装敷设方便。Light-controllingequipmentsandpipelinesshallbeconvenientlyinstalled

33、andlaid.平面图Planview总体要求Generalrequirements(1)照明配电箱宜设置在靠近照明负荷中心便于操作维护的位置。Thelightdistributionboxshallbeplacedintheplacewhichisneartothelightingloadcenterandconvenientforoperationandmaintenance.(2)其他具体设计标准参考我国电影行业标准电影院建筑设计规范JGJ58-2008中对于电气及照明方面的要求。Otherdetaileddesigncriteriashallconformtotherelevantre

34、quirementsaboutelectricityandlightinginChinascinemaindustrystandardJGJ58-2008CodeforArchitecturalDesignofCinema.线槽设计Trunkingdesign由强、弱电竖井或控制机房引向用电负荷的电气线路,在回路众多的情况下应采用线槽布线。Theelectricwiringdrawnfromverticalshaftforlight-currentandstrong-currentorcontrolcabinetshalladopttrunkingwhentherearenumerousloo

35、ps.灯光专业线槽种类按走向通常分为:水平线槽、垂直线槽。灯光专业线槽种类按系统通常分为:弱电控制信号线综合线槽、强电电缆线槽。强、弱电线槽应分别设置,不允许共用。具体设计原则请参考民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ16-2008第8章。Accordingtothetrend,speciallightingtrunkingcanusuallybedividedinto:horizontaltrunkingandverticaltrunking.Accordingtothesystem,speciallightingtrunkingcanusuallybedividedinto:integratedtr

36、unkingforlight-currentcontrolsignallinesandtrunkingforstrong-currentcables.Trunkingforstrong-currentandlight-currentshallbesetrespectivelyandshallnotbeshared.Fordetailedprinciplesfordesign,pleaserefertochapter8ofJGJ16-2008CodeforElectricalDesignofCivilBuilding.s灯光专业线槽绘制时,原则上应按线槽实际宽度按图纸比例绘制,线槽截面应采用空心

37、闭合图形。Inprinciple,thespeciallightingtrunkingshallbedrawnaccordingtotheactualwidthoftrunkingandthedrawing,andthetrunkingsectionshallbeahollowclosedfigure.在进行对线槽的标注时,应能清楚地分辨出线槽的型号、规格、敷设方式。Whenmarkingthetrunking,themodel,specificationandlayingmethodshallbeclearlydistinguished.管线图Pipingplan具体设计原则请参考民用建筑电

38、气设计规范JGJ16-2008第8章建筑照明设计标准GB50034-2004第7章。Fordetails,pleaserefertochapter8ofJGJ16-2008CodeforElectricalDesignofCivilBuildingsandchapter7ofGB50034-2004StandardforLightingDesignofBuildings.以下所述在设计时应特别注意:Specialattentionshallbepaidtothefollowingduringdesign:标明或注明设备的类别、编号、平面位置、安装高度、安装方式,管线、线槽走向、管线规格敷设方式

39、、引上引下、图例、数量、文字说明等。Indicateornoteequipmenttype,S/N,planposition,mountingheight,mountingmethod,pipelineandtrunkingtrend,pipelinespecification,layingmethod,leadingup/down,graphicsymbols,quantity,explanatorynote,etc.每一照明单相分支回路的电流不宜超过16A,所接光源数不宜超过25个;连接建筑组合灯具时,回路电流不宜超过25A,光源数不宜超过60个;连接高强度气体放电灯的单相分支回路的电流不

40、应超过30A。Currentofeachsingle-phasesubcircuitforlightingshallnotexceed16A,andthereshallbelessthan25illuminants;whenconnectingthecombinedlights,theloopcurrentshallnotexceed25A,andthereshallbelessthan60illuminants;currentofthesingle-phasesubcircuitconnectinghighcapacitygasdischargelampshallnotexceed30A.照

41、明配电干线及分支线,应采用铜芯绝缘电线或电缆,分支线截面不应小于1.5mm2。Trunklinesandbranchlinesforlightdistributionshallbecoppercoreinsulatedconductororcable;sectionofbranchlineshallnotbesmallerthan1.5mm2.观众厅及放映机房等处墙面及吊顶内的照明线路应采用阻燃型铜芯绝缘导线或铜芯绝缘电缆穿金属管或金属线槽敷设。Illuminatinglinesinsidethewallsandsuspendedceilinginaudiencehallsandproject

42、orchambersshalladoptflameretardantcoppercoreinsulatedconductororcoppercoreinsulatedcablewrappedwithmetaltubeormetalraceway.插座不应和照明设备接在同一回路。Socketsshallnotbeconnectedwithlightingequipmentinthesameloop.原则上采用不同发光原理的光源的灯具不要接在同一回路上,特别是以气体放电灯为光源的灯具不要和其他类型光源的灯具接在同一回路上。Inprinciple,lightingfixturesusingdiffe

43、rentilluminantsshallnotbeconnectedinthesameloop;inparticular,lightingfixtureswithgasdischargelampastheilluminantshallnotbeconnectedwiththelightingfixturesusingotherilluminantsinthesameloop.照明电气管线布线平面图上应注明其管线来自配电箱的编号和回路编号以便于审查是否与配电箱系统图的回路编号相对应,且是否回路连接的负荷总量与配电箱系统图上标明的相符。Thepipelinewiringdiagramoflight

44、ingsshallindicatetheNo.ofswitchboxfromwhichthepipelineisdrawnandtheNo.ofloop,soastocheckwhetheritcoincideswiththeNo.ofloopoftheswitchboxsystemdiagram,andwhetherthetotalloadconnectedwiththeloopcoincideswiththatontheswitchboxsystemdiagram.图纸中管线的走向应考虑现场施工条件及后期检修维护的便利,并尽可能与实际的排管布线方向一致。Trendofpipelinesin

45、thedrawingshallconsiderthesiteoperationconditionsandprovideconvenienceforfuturerepairandmaintenance,andshallbethesameastheactualpipelinetrendasmuchaspossible.4.639为抑制高次谐波对照明控制装置及其它系统设备的干扰,除应满足民用建筑电气设计规范JGJ16-2008第22章第22.3节的规定外,还应满足以下要求:需要调光的回路应选用金属导管、槽敷设,并不宜于电声等电信线路平行敷设。当调光回路与电信线路平行敷设时,其间距应大于1米;当垂直交

46、叉时,其间距应大于0.5米。Torestraintheinterferenceofultraharmonicsonilluminationcontroldevicesandothersystemequipments,exceptthattheregulationsofSection22.3,Chapter22ofJGJ16-2008CodeforElectricalDesignofCivilBuildingsshallbemet,shallconformtothefollowingrequirements:theloopthatneedslightcontrolshallselectmetal

47、conduitandtrunkingforlay-up,andparallellay-upofelectroacousticsetc.telecommunicationlinesisnotsuitable.Whenlight-controllingloopareinparallellay-upwithtelecommunicationlines,thedistanceshallbemorethan1m;wheninsqurecrossing,thedistanceshallbemorethan0.5m.机房、竖井布置平面图Planearrangementdrawingofequipmentro

48、omandverticalshaft照明设备机房和竖井布置平面中的电气设备、管线布置应遵循以下原则:Theelectricinstallationandpipelinelayoutintheplanearrangementdrawingoflightingequipmentroomandverticalshaftshallconformtothefollowingprinciples:(1)机房布置图中应包括配电柜/控制箱平面位置布局、局部立面图,注明管线、线槽走向,写出文字说明等。Theequipmentroomarrangementdrawingshallincludetheplanela

49、youtandpartialelevationofthepowerdistributingcabinetandcontrollingbox,givingclearindicationofthetrendofpipelinesandtrunking,explanatorynotes,andsoon.(2)平面图上的设备位置、数量、编号,缆线规格、管线与线槽走向应与立面图上的设备位置、数量编号,缆线规格、管线与线槽走向相对应。Theequipmentposition,quantity,No.,andcablespecification,pipelineandtrunkingtrendonthepl

50、andrawingshallcoincidewiththoseontheelevationdrawing.(3)机房内的控制箱、柜等设备应注明尺寸,间距、并标明设备型号。Thecontrollingboxandcabinetinsidetheequipmentroomshallbemarkedwiththedimension,spacingandequipmenttype.(4)机房布置图应注明机房空间内各设备安装位置、相互关系及安装工艺要求。Theequipmentroomarrangementdrawingshallgiveclearindicationoftheinstallationp

51、osition,correlationsbetweenequipment,andtechnicalrequirementsofinstallationoftheequipmentinsidetheequipmentroom.(5)控制信号的强、弱电井布置图应具体反映强、弱电井内所有线槽、管路、设备箱等的位置、尺寸Thearrangementdrawingofstrongandweakelectricitywellofcontrolsignalsshallspecificallyreflectthepositionanddimensionofalltrunkings,pipelinesandeq

52、uipmentboxesinsidethestrongandweakelectricitywell.4.7安装大样图Detaildrawingofinstallation安装大样图是明确灯具安装与建筑关系的说明图。Thedetaildrawingofinstallationistheexplanatorydrawingwhichdefinestherelationshipbetweenlightinginstallationandthestructure.当采用一些特殊形式或定制灯具时采用安装大样图来介绍这些灯具的安装方法。安装大样图中应包括设备安装固定方式、设备尺寸、材料名称、型号、规格、在

53、单张大样图中的设计使用数量、开孔/留洞尺寸、接线端子图、接线颜色、接线序号、线缆型号、线缆规格、回路编号、文字说明等。Whenspecialorcustomizedlightingsareused,thedetaildrawingofinstallationshallbeusedtointroducetheinstallationmethodoftheselightings.Thedetaildrawingofinstallationshallincludetheequipmentinstallationandmountingform,equipmentdimension,materialna
