1、What floats?What sinks?教学设计 董雯雯教学目标学科目标:1、让学生知道有的物体在水里浮,有的物体在水里沉 2、让学生知道改变同种材料物体的大小轻重,沉浮不变语言目标:掌握float和sink两个核心词汇。 能运用句型 (I think) can float. (I think) can sink.教学重难点重点:(学科)学生能通过实验验证自己的猜测。(语言)80%以上的学生能运用句型(I think) can float/sink.难点:(学科)学生通过2个有层次的实验得出结论:物体沉浮与本身材料有关。(语言)学生能用英语表达物体的沉浮与轻重无关。教学准备 PPT、词卡

2、、各小组一套实验材料,一个水槽。教学流程1.引入引出float 和 sink两个单词。T: What can you see in the picture?S:Boy、duck、stoneT: Yeah can ducks float or sink?S:Ducks can float.T:What about stone?S:Stones can sink.T:Can boat float or sink?S: Boats can floatT:Today we are going to learn what floats? What sinks?2.介绍沉浮现象T:Before we le

3、arn it we should know what is called float and what is called sink, please look at picture. The purple one ,the green one, the yellow one are float, only the red one is sink. Only when the object touch the bottom, thats the sink.3.预测十种物体在水中的沉浮Activity 1:10种物体的沉浮实验T: There are 10 objects for each gro

4、up, look at the screen, do you know them?(依次介绍pencil sponge apple foam eraser clip coins box chopsticks spoon )Which one will float,which one will sink?Can you guess?S:猜测,T引导学生使用I think can float/sink。T:You can talk with each other,and write down your thinking。学生分组讨论,记录自己的猜测。学生汇报自己的猜测,T:Well, maybe

We should put it in the middle of water and then let is go. And we shoul
