SShipmeent off Raw Materrials & Finnishedd Prodducts 1乙方方按生产合同同的加工量，按按月提供足够够数量的原辅辅材料和包装装物料。为使使甲方工厂能能正常生产，乙乙方必须在每每批产品开始始加工前_天，将将所需的原材材料和包装物物料运抵甲方方工厂。除因因人力不可抗抗拒之原因外外，乙方来料料不足，造成成甲方工厂每每月生产不足足_天，停工天天数累计不得得超过四天，否否则，乙方应应按 在厂工工人以停工天天数计，每人人每天补助生生活费_元，

MMethodd of PPaymennt 工缴费及工工人管理费每每月结算一次次，以D/PP即期结汇或或支票方式结结汇，由甲方方工厂会同（_政府府授权的处理理来料加工事事务并具有外外贸经营权的的）_贸易易公司(下称称授权贸易公公司)开具发发票后，通过过中国银行（深深圳分行）向向乙方在香港港开户的银行行（_银行。帐号号_）办理。乙乙方超

LLabourr Prottectioon & IInsuraance 1工厂厂应做好劳动动保护及安全全工作，完善善防尘、防烟烟、防毒设施施，厂房保持持通风光亮，内内外环境卫生生整洁，对有有污染性项目目，须经市环环保部门批准准，方能立项项经营。 (1) The pplant shalll takee safeety meeasurees andd prottect tthe woorkerss fromm dirtt, smooke annd poiisonouus matterialls. TTechniical EExchannge 在设备运运抵甲方工厂厂后，乙方应应尽快派出人人员进行安装装，甲方派出出人员进行协协助。从试产产期开始，乙乙方应派出技技术人员到甲甲方工厂进行行技术培训，直直到工人能基基本掌握生产产技术，进行行正常生产时时为止。乙方方技术人员的的工资及一切切费用由 乙乙方负责，甲甲方提供生活活上的方便。 Afteer thee arriival oof t

CContraact Teerm 本合同经批批准签订后，乙乙方须将商业
