5、d,Dahei mountain,Lushun Farmland and circumjacent villages andtowns.Finally,we chose Lao Tie Mountain,the forest in Bin HaiRoad,Birds Forest,Two Islands Bay,Lushun Farm etc.This has establishedthe basement of observing birds in the Autumn.2.In order to promote more and more people to protect the bir

6、dsin Dalian,we held an article match with the theme of Take Good Care ofBirds in Dalian.There are two advantages:on one hand,we could seizethis opportunity to propagate to the thousands of college students inDalian to pay more attention of birds.On the other hand,wed like tolet more citizens know wh

7、at the birds,as same as humanbeings,are worthcherishing by college studentspleasure articles.3.In order to widely propagate for cherishing the birds,in theearly May,we held a bicycle-riding for signiture movement with the sametheme Take Good Care of Birds in Dalian.This activity was runcooperatively

8、 with the Environmental Protecting Association of DalianMaritime University,Dalian Daily,New Business and several otherbroadcasting station also made immediate report.We altogether more than30 people sent the handbills,collected signitures,made survey,which madethis activity more splendid.Not only w

9、as the scroll filled withpeoples signiture,even before 10 oclock,but also many people feltpity that they havent got a place to sign their name on.After hearingour secretary-general Weiwei Jiangs English introduction,a touristfrom Ireland was very glad of signing his name,and left a wordsignificative

10、 movementsfor us.We felt really happy to see that thisactivity had so wide influnce,and so many people attended it.All thesewere the affirmation of our efforts,and reflected that in the modernmetropolis there are also a lot of people loving nature.4.In the early June,we have edited The Message of Bi

11、rds inDalianN2.We compiled the keystone of our work and splendid articlesinto the book.We usually communicate with other Birds Association forthe NGO and related experience.In Dalian locality,we often go out tosend handbills in the universities,elementary school near Lushun inwhich birds formicating

12、.Wed like to make them understand that birdsalso have their own emotions.Anyone, who destroys the nature,will equalto destroy humankind.Problem existing:For cadremens lack of expenrience fororganizing the activities,things are short of proper arrangement;Forthey have little knowledge of birds,there

14、 of Birds inDalianN2,and the edition of N4July 26th 20*Wild Bird Society of Dalian本学期，在学校领导的直接关心下，在教研中心的支持下，我们英语教研组这个团结、和谐的小集体，认真贯彻英语学科教学计划，不断学习新课程标准，深化小学英语素质教育的研究，开展了一系列英语教研活动。除了坚持每周三的常规教研外，我们经常进行电话教研，网络教研，遇到问题，及时解决。在教学、教研方面，我们做了以下工作：一、 组织英语教师认真学习新课标学习相关的教育文件、教学理论，明确了课程改革的主要目标，增强课程改革的责任感和紧迫感，将课程从学生

15、的学习兴趣，生活经验和认知水平出发落到实处，并倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径。开学初，教研组组织英语教师学习英语新课程标准，并在此基础上，根据新课程标准的思想来进行集体备课，安排组内教师进行上课活动，全体教师进行评课活动。二、以课题为中心进行英语课堂教学改革研究。根据学校实际，确定了“小组合作” 的课题并进行研究，每位英语组成员都上了以“小组合作”为主题的教研课，把节约出来的低效劳动时间转移到有效、高效的思考、切磋、改进教学设计上来，开展备课、上课、评课为主的活动，而且每节课都写上自己的听课意见。经过一段时间的实践，我们对于“小组合作”学习模式有了清晰而完整的认识

16、，运用这一模式进行课堂教学的熟练程度和合理性大为提高，学生参与课堂学习的热情有了很大提高，整个课堂教学质量有了很大提高，在刚刚结束的期末测试中，及格率达到了百分之九十八，优秀率达到了百分之八十五，令校领导刮目相看，而这一令人振奋的成绩的取得正是扎实的教科研课题研究的结果。三、 开展一系列英语课外活动，丰富学生课余生活，拓展延伸。1.英语节活动，其中包括:单词比赛、手抄报比赛、书写比赛、英文歌曲比赛、书签制作比赛、英语作文比赛。从制定方案到操作过程、最后比赛结果，我组都一一认真实施。学生乐此不疲，对于英语学习的兴趣更浓了，同时在活动中，学生英语表达的自信心更强了，受益匪浅。2.英语诵读。本学期初，我们公布了一系列简单的英语课外读物名单，鼓励学生积极阅读，并要求教师开辟专门的时间和学生一起读，鼓励学生遇到困难的地方要善于动脑筋想办法，不断丰富自己的英语知识。我们还定期举办阶段性读书汇报会，开始学生交流的平台，使学生的学习由课堂延伸至课余课外，取得了意想不到的.效果，今后我们将一如既往地坚持下去。在这些活动中，我们不断丰富学生的课余生活，培养学生学习英语的兴趣，提高学生的综合能力和合作能力。四、 加强教学工
