2、.1本拟建八万吨级散货码头项日,位于印度尼西亚巴淡岛工业开 发区海岸线,现简易码头的左侧位置处,计划新建一座八万吨级的远 洋国际散货码头,依据投资方对工程所在范围的地质、潮汐、风浪等 自然条件的初步介绍,经分析则按常规海域的工况拟建码头,基础采 用桩基结构,在满足质量和技术标准的前提下,可选用大直径钢管桩 和钢筋混凝土钻孔灌注桩的混合结构,上部结构采用梁板复合结构。码头泊位长度为280m,宽度25m,附属设施包括系船柱,橡胶护舷, 钢爬梯,配电房,供水与供电管沟等按照相关的标准与规范配置。The project aims to build a 80,000t bulk terminal in
3、the coast line of industrial development zone in Batam Island of Indonesia. This 80,000t ocean-going international bulk terminal locates in the left side of the existing simple wharf. On the basis of preliminary introduction of local natural conditions by investor, such as geology, tides, wind, wave
4、 and etc, we propose to use mixed structure of reinforced concrete bored grouting pile and large-diameter steel pipe pile as the foundation, and combined structure of beam and plate as upper structure. The berth of wharf is 280m long and 25m wide. Subsidiary facilities mainly include bollards, rudde
5、r fenders, steel ladder, switching house, water & electricity supply trench, and all facilities shall be in accordance with related standards and specifications.1.2为满足八万吨级船舶的吃水深度,依据工程区域的海床地质构 造和水文条件,在不改变此区域自然条件的前提下,拟建造一条与码 头贯通的双向车道的引桥,引桥的长度65m,宽度18m,基础为桩基 结构,上部采用混凝土梁板结构。引桥两侧设混凝土护轮坎、钢质防 护栏杆、照明路灯等附属设施
6、。In order to meet the draft of 80,000dwt vessels, according to the geological structure of seabed and hydrological conditions of the project area, without changing the natural conditions of the area, we propose construction of a two-way lane approach bridge connecting with the terminal. The approach
7、 bridge shall be 65m long and 18m wide, pile structure as foundation and concrete beam and plate as upper structure. Therell be concrete rail guard, steel protective railings, street lighting and other ancillary facilities.二、编制依据Basis of Quotation2.1根据本项日投资方提供的前期初步资料,由投资方组织考察了 工程区域的现场,并听取了投资方对待建码头的基
8、本情况介绍和使用 功能的要求。According to preliminary information provided by the project investor, we had on-site investigation & learned about basic situation and functional requirement of the terminal to be constructed.2.2依据投资方对工程所在地海域的初步地质构造、潮汐、气象、风浪及待建码头区域的水深、流速等相关情况的介绍。In accordance with investors introduct
9、ion of local geological structure, tides, weather, wind and wave, water depth, flow velocity and etc.2.3本工程八万吨级散货码头指标按照中华人民共和国交通部现 行规范,靠泊吨位船型为8万吨级散货船,按投资方计划要求确定设 计。This 80,000 ton bulk terminal will be designed according to the related standards of Ministry of Transportation of PR.C and the design s
10、hall be confirmed by the investor.2.4码头使用的主要材料费用的测算,依据工程所在地国家的现行 市场信息价;部分材料和附属设备考虑进口配置。工程施工用的船机 设备:沉桩船,钢管桩加工设备,大管径钻孔灌注桩施工机械设备等 由中国调遣至工程施工现场。The cost of main materials used in the project is calculated as per existing market price in the country where project locates in, and partial materials and aux
11、iliary equipments will be imported. Construction vessels and machineries which includes pile sinking ships, steel pipe pile processing equipment, large-diameter bored grouting pile construction equipment and so on, will be mobilized from China to project area.2.5码头的设计与施工由我局自行安排技术管理人员和施工人员来印度尼西亚自行完成本
12、项日的施工任务。The design and construction of the terminal shall be arranged by Changjiang Chongqing Waterway Engineering Bureau, dispatching technical management personnel and construction workers to Indonesia to finish the project.2.6八万吨级码头造价估算货币为美元,详见造价估算汇总表。The currency of quotation is USD$. See the Qu
13、otation Estimation Summary Sheet for details.2.7八万吨级码头造价估算:测算时的工程材料等工程费用是按常 规地质及海况给予测算计纳的。在正式实施期间经实地勘探测定,如 发现地质构造和海况技术数据与常规或投资方介绍的情况有较大差 距时,可在本估算造价土 5%以外的,经双方经协商后可按实调整造 价。The project cost is estimated and calculated on the basis of normal geological structure and sea conditions in project area. Duri
14、ng formal construction period, after carrying out site-exploration, if big difference is found between actual findings and normal conditions or conditions introduced by investor, both parties agree to adjust the project cost, if the price difference is more than plus or minus 5% of the total amount.
15、三、造价估算说明Description of Quotation3.1本项日造价估算的工程范围:仅考虑八万吨级散货码头的桩基 基础结构工程量,码头上部结构包括按国际规范所需配置的相关附属 设施的工程量。不包括码头装卸所需的起重设施和设备。Scope of project corresponding with the Quotation: Includes the engineering quantities of pile foundation structure of a 80,000t bulk terminal and its upper structure, and engineeri
16、ng quantities of all related auxiliary facilities. It does not include necessary lifting facilities or equipment.3.2关于码头引桥工程量:暂按常规设计考虑修建贯通的引桥,实 施时在取得详细相关地质及潮汐资料后,给予科学的确认,涉及到增 减工程造价,实施时双方协商后按实结算。Engineering quantities of approach bridge of terminal: temporarily a connected approach bridge is consider
17、ed to be built which shall be confirmed after detailed relevant geological & tides data. As for the increase or decrease of engineering cost, both parties shall settle according to the actual quantities after mutual negotiation.3.3本项日估算造价中的工程内容除上述明确的工程施工内容外, 未考虑港池与航道的设计与施工,(包码头后方库场,道路等辅助配 套工程的设计与施工)
18、。Except for all engineering construction scope clearly mentioned above, the design and construction of harbor basin and navigation channel are not included in the quotation, or the design and construction of auxiliary facilities such as warehouse or stockpile behind the terminal or roads.)3.4在本次估算造价中,由于我方对印度尼西亚政府如何缴纳建筑 工程施工税(包括税率和缴纳的方式不清楚),为此我方在造价估算 中未计纳当地工程施工增值税,仅考虑了我中华人民共和国的相关规 定税金,对此工程实施中由投资方按当地政府的相关规定缴纳该项日 工程税金给当地政府。As weve no idea of the engineering construction tax in Indonesia, we havent calculated local engineering construction add-value tax into the quotation, on
