1、Construction Readiness Plan施工准备方案 Version 2 8-7-14Purpose of Construction Readiness Plan施工准备方案的目标The purpose is to simply ensure every member of the team goes home safely. This is to be presented by PCC permit issuer, safety manager and site foreman (core team). The construction readiness plan MUST

2、be measured against risk elements and mitigations and provide Jacobs confidence that the PCC is ready to delivery OR THEY MUST NOT MOBILIZE.简单来说，目标是确保团队所有成员能安全回家，由土建承包商的许可证发行人，安全经理和现场施工经理（承包商核心团队）提供保证。施工准备方案必须参照风险和相关控制措施进行评估，让Jacobs对土建承包商施工准备就绪有信心，否则就 不能开工。This is done in several ways;从三个方面准备：People
