1、局创业服务年活动自查自纠报告一、总体情况自查自纠和整改工作是创业服务年活动的重要内容。为了抓好自查自纠工作,我局采取召开社会各界座谈会,设立意见箱,主动向各单位收集和征求意见及建议等方式。认真查摆我局创业服务年建设方面存在的突出问题。共收集意见和建议26条,总结归纳为新闻宣传、广告播出、干部队伍建设、文化市场管理等五个方面的问题。针对问题,我们都制定了相应的整改方案,并做到了边查边改。二、整改措施针对比较具体的5个方面问题,我们及时加于了整改;对事关文化和广电事业发展全局和班子建设,整改需要一定的时间和过程才能取得成效的问题,制定以下4个方面的9条整改措施。1着力提高解决领导干部能力素质的问题
