1、连系动词用于连接主语和表语,说明主语的状态,性质,特征或身份。The new machine is effective.连系动词及其用法Linking verbs连系动词用于连接主语和表语,说明主语的状态,性质,特征或身份路政巡查制度第一条为加强公路路政巡查,及时发现、制止、纠正和依法查处各类损坏、侵占、污染、占(利)用公路路产的违法行为,维护公路路产路权,保障公路完好、安全、畅通,根据华人民共和国公路法、公路安全保护条例、河南省农村公路条例等法律、法规、规章,结合我所实际,特制定本制度。第二条各路政大队具体负责公路路政巡查工作。第三条公路路政巡查范围为各大队辖区内的公路、公路用地、公路建筑控

2、制区。第四条公路路政巡查职责:(一)宣传、贯彻和执行公路管理的法律、法规、规章;(二)及时发现、制止、纠正和依法查处各类损坏、侵占、污染、占(利)用公路路产的违法行为;(三)管理公路两侧建筑控制区,发现、制止和纠正违反建筑控制区管理规定的行为;(四)监督检查公路施工现场通车安全保障措施情况;(五)监督检查路政许可事项实施情况;(六)超限运输车辆的监督和护送;(七)法律、法规、规章规定的其他职责。第五条公路路政巡查方式包括定时巡查、临时巡查及异常情况下的紧急巡查等。每月上路巡查不少于20个工作日,对于易发生侵害路产路权和重点线路要根据需要加大巡查力度,进行重点巡查。巡查结束后,巡查一:系动词的特
