模组化模糊分类在产品开发之研究-以自行车内变速器为例

1、PAGE PAGE 4模組化模糊分類在產品開發之研究-以自行車內變速器為例蕭惠華中文摘要模組化是使使用共通通元件創創造產品品多樣性的的策略或或方法，當當產品要要運用模模組化概概念開發發時，必必須完整整考慮到到產品的的設計、組組裝和製製造，整整個模組組化過程程中，最最重要的的部分就就是產品品零件的的分類，現現有的分分類技術術，僅止止於零件件的編碼碼，而並並不考量量零件間間的關聯聯性與組組裝，本本研究以以結合模模糊邏輯輯的概念念於產品品的分類類，提出出模糊詮詮釋結構構模式和和模糊聚聚類分析析兩種分分類的技技術，以以更適合合產品模模組化之之規劃與與應用。模糊詮釋結結構模式式為詮釋釋結構模模式與模模糊

2、綜合合評價之之結合運運用，比比原先的的方式更更能清楚楚知道產產品零件件的重要要順位。模模糊聚類類分析則則分別以以零件連連結強度度關係值值定義產產品關係係，及模模糊語意意考量產產品零件件連結的的強度，並並經解模模糊化後後實際定定義產品品關係，此此兩種方方法操作作零件分分類，兩兩方法皆皆達成將將原本模模糊聚類類分析之之4個操操作步驟驟簡化為為2步驟驟，使設設計分類類更容易易快速。本研究具體體達成以以下目標標：本研究是以以內變速速器為案案例驗證證對象，具具體達成成模糊理理論應用用於產品品零件之之模組化化分類。重新建構模模糊詮釋釋結構模模式及模模糊聚類類分析的的操作步步驟，以以更適合合在產品品零件的的
