2、iss in the Brazil; shake hands in Mexico.know more special customs in some countries.Talk about customs with the structure be supposed/expected to do.Develop the awareness that the custom of shaking hands is widely used.Compare the cultural difference in greeting customs between the west and the eas

4、tudents本单元的话题围绕“文化礼仪”展开,谈论不同国家在不同情景下的文化习俗,涉及的国家有the United States, Japan, Korea, Brazil, Mexico等,表达行为举止的动词有bow, kiss, shake hands, meet。本部分的核心结构是be supposed/expected to。该部分要求学生能够大致听懂有关国家的文化礼仪的简单介绍,能够在听、读中获取相关信息,并能模仿输入语言,针对各国风俗习惯恰当地进行表达。1a-1c为单元导入部分。活动1a要求学生观察主题图,根据自己的初步判断匹配国家与见面礼仪。活动1b以听力形式输入重点句型:Wh
5、at are people supposed to to when they meet for the first time?要求学生听后洁厕自己对1a活动的预测是否准确。活动1c让学生结对操练,利用听力1b信息和主题图进行控制性语言输出尝试运用be supposed to 和be expected to句式进行问答。九年级在此之前已知the United States, Japan, Korea, shake hands等词汇。Bow, kiss, Brazil, Mexico以及句型be supposed to 和be expected to是新知。但kiss与bow等可通过肢体语言快速猜
