14、的质量等级，甲方有权责成乙方进行返工，由此造成的一切工期、经济损失，由乙方全额承担，如乙方达不到质量等级，由此造成的罚款，由乙方全额承担。 4、为确保工程质量及过程监管，甲方对工程质量进行过程监管和不定期检查,在监管检查过程中下发的质量整改通知书，乙方必须在规定时间内整改完毕，因不能限期整改或整改不到位而发出的罚款通知单,经注明理由通知乙方,乙方无条件承担。 八、安全生产 1、乙方要建立现场安全生产保证体系，及时进行安全教育,购置各种安全设施和安全劳保用品。 2、乙方必须严格执行国家工程建设安全生产管理规定，积极遵守安全生产劳动纪律。 3、乙方对施工人员做到施工前进行分部、分项和专项安全技术交
