须遵守技术说明书、MarineLINE施工工艺和本特涂工艺中的条款,其与船厂达成的任何协议必须与上述文件中的要求、建议及数据相一致。Theownerand/orhisrepresentativesmaydemandtheupgradingofequipmentand/orpersonnel,iftherequirementsofthespecification,theMarineLINEApplicationsProcedureandthisCoatingProcedurearenotbeingmet.如果没有达到技术说明书、MarineLINE施工工艺和本特涂工艺中的要求,船东及其代表可要求对相应的设备和施工人员进行改进。Thebuildershallberesponsibleforalldamagestothecoating,howsoevercaused.Allrepairsaretobeexecutedtothesatisfactionoftheowner’ssuperintendents,andinaccordancewiththemethoddescribedinthisCoatingProcedure.Suchrepairsaretobefullycuredpriortodeliveryofthevesselfromthebuilder’spremises.船厂负责修补任何原因导致的油漆损坏。所有修补工作按本特涂工艺所述方法执行,并要达到船东满意的程度。这些修补的油漆需在交船前完全固化。特涂工艺CARGOTANKLININGPROCEDURE第5页共31页Allcompressor,blastingandsprayingequipmentshallbeproperlyelectricallybonded.所有空气压缩机、冲砂和喷涂设备要恰当的接地。2.CoatingSystem油漆配套Area部位Coat度数CoatingName油漆牌号DFTStandard干膜厚度标准Maker厂商Wall&ceiling顶壁1stcoat第一度2ndcoat第二度MarineLINE784(red)MarineLINE784(grey)150μm150μmAdvancedPolymerCoatings(APC)TotalDFT总干膜厚度300μmTanktop舱底1stcoat第一度2ndcoat第二度MarineLINE784(red)MarineLINE784(grey)150μm150μmTotalDFT总干膜厚度300μmTheDFTmeasurementsshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththetermsagreeduponinthecontractbetweenbuilderandcoatingmanufacturerandfurthermorestatedinthespecificationofPaintingScheme(page5section.膜厚的控制根据同船厂和油漆厂商达成的协议执行,并遵照油漆明细表(09206501R)中的技术说明(第5页章节)。3.TechnicalMatters技术事项Intendedcargoesforloadingshouldbecompatiblewiththespecifiedtwo-componentSILOXIRANEbasedcoatingsystem.装载的液货必须与本双组分SILOXIRANE油漆相容。IntendedCargo可装载货品Cleanpetroleumproducts,vegetableandanimaloilsascompatiblewiththeCargoResistanceGuide.可装载货品清单中容许的干净的石油产品、植物和动物油。Scaffolding脚手架Thestagingplanksshallbeofframe/gridtypeeliminatingthepossibilityforblastingmediatobeentrappedinvoids.Thestagingconstructionshallbeproperlydesignedtoavoidplanksover-lappinginordertoeliminateblastingmediatobetrappedbetweentheplanks.采用格栅形式的脚手架铺板,以防冲砂磨料的残留。合理搭设脚手架,避免铺板重叠,以防冲砂磨料残留在重叠的铺板之间。特涂工艺CARGOTANKLININGPROCEDURE第6页共31页Allstagingistobeerectedsothatitwillleaveacleardistanceofatleast150mm,butnotfurtherthan300mmfromallbulkheadsandstructurestobeblastedandcoated.Thedistancebetweenthelevelsandthetoplevelandoverheadshallbesuchastoensuresafeandcomfortablereachtoallareastobecoated.Adistanceofapprox.1800-2000mmwouldforsafetyreasonsbedesirable.Thestagingmustnotcontactanysurfacethatistobetreated.Theendsofalltubularstagingpolesaretobecappedpriortothecommencementofblastingwork.Thecappingofstagingpoles需冲砂和油漆的舱壁及结构,与脚手架保持至少200mm间距,但不超过300mm。层间高度要能确保安全,并方便油漆施工,出于安全考虑,理想的高度为1800-2000mm。脚手架不能接触任何待涂表面。冲砂前将脚手管两端用橡胶或塑料塞子封住,不可用胶带,因为其不能抵挡反弹的冲砂磨料,会使磨料积累在脚手管中,在油漆施工过程中造成污染。Thestagingshallnotcontactthetanktopexceptforthetubularverticalstagingsupports,whichshouldminimizecontactwiththesubstrate.除垂直支撑的脚手管,脚手架其它部位不可接触舱底,并尽可能减小接触面。Adequatesafetyrailsandnetstobeprovidedtopermitsafeworkingandinspectiontoallsurfaces.安装适当的安全扶手和安全网,确保施工和检查工作的安全。Theownerreservestherighttodemandimprovementstotheconstructionandsafetyofanystaging,aswellasaccesstothesurface.Incaserequestedimprovementofthestaging,whetheritmaybeforsafetyorpooraccesstosurfaces,ownerreservetherighttodelayfurtherinspectionuntilsatisfactoryimprovementhasbeencarriedoutandacceptedbyowner’ssuperintendents.船东有权要求对脚手架的安全性和有效性进行改进。一旦提出了改进的要求,无论是关于安全性或是有效性,船东均可推迟检查,直至改进工作达到船东满意的程度。Stagingtoremaininplaceuntilthetankhaspassedfinalcoatinginspectionontheoverheadandwalls.Thestagingisthentobecarefullyremovedfromthetankwithoutdamagetothecoating.Priortoremovalofthestaging,thetanktop,theinsideofthemainhatchcoamingandthesurroundingoverheadareasshallbeprotectedwithrubbersheeting.Duringthede-stagingoperationoneexperiencedmemberofthetankcoatingteamistobepresentinthetanktoimmediatelyrepairanydamagesthatmayoccurontheverticalandoverheadareas.Directlyafterrepairandtouchupofthedamages,tapewithweakadhesivesshouldbesetinsuchamannerthatdustorblastingmediafallingfromabovecannotsticktothewetcoating.脚手架在舱顶和舱壁的油漆完工检查通过后方可拆除。拆除脚手架时要避免破坏油漆。在拆除脚手架前,用橡胶保护舱底、舱口围及附近的舱顶区域。拆除脚手架的过程中,在舱内安排一名有经验的施工队成员,对舱内顶壁上可能出现的损坏进行及时修补。修补后,用低粘度的胶带贴在修补点上,防止灰尘和冲砂磨料粘在未干的油漆表面上。特涂工艺CARGOTANKLININGPROCEDURE第7页共31页Makeonevacuumhoseavailableforcleaningduringde-stagingtocleanremainingdustanddebris.用真空吸砂机清除脚手架拆除过程中残留的灰尘和杂质。OutfittingProtection舾装件的保护Theheatingcoilsshouldnotbeintroducedinthetanksbeforetanktopcoatingcompletion.ForobviousreasonsthefollowingSUSpre-outfitteditemsshould,priortopre-blasting,receiveoxidativepassivationandthereafterprotectedbyrubbersheeting.Cargodroplines,cargodroplinesupports,heatingcoilsupports,verticalandinclinedladders.Itisveryvitalthattheseitemsarecarefullyprotectedinordernottohaveanycontactwiththeblastingmedium(copperslag),asitcancontainupto30%ironandwouldthereforenegativelyaffectthequalityofthestainlesssteel.Aftermain-blastingiscompletedandacceptedandpriortocoatingapplication,theprotectiononthepre-outfittedSUSitemsshallbecompletelyremovedandtakenoutofthetank.TheSUSitemsaretobecleanedtoremoveanytracesoftheblastingmediumanddust,andnewprotectionapplied.在特涂施工结束后方可安装加热盘管。不锈钢预舾装件要在预冲砂前进行钝化,随后用橡胶保护,包括货油管、货油管管架、加热盘管管架、直梯、斜梯。妥善保护以上这些部件,防止冲砂磨料(铜矿砂)的接触是非常重要的,因为磨料的含铁量可能达到30%,会对不锈钢的质量产生负面影响。在主冲砂结束并交验通过准备油漆之前,将不锈钢舾装件上的保护除去并置于舱外,对不锈钢舾装件进行清洁,清除冲砂磨料和灰尘,再施以新的保护。Thecargosuctionwellmadeofstainlesssteelistobeblastedandcoatedsameassurrounding.However,nominimumDFTtobespecified.不锈钢吸油井需施以冲砂,做与周围相同的油漆,不规定最低干膜厚度。Rain/dustprotection雨水/灰尘的防护Sturdysheltersaretobeprovidedtoallmainaccesshatches.Inaddition,waterguardsaretobeinstalledaroundentranceholesofthetanktopreventrainwaterfromenteringthetank.Rainsheltersaretobemaintainederectedatalltimes.Thesheltersshallbecapableofpreventingdirt,dust,moisture,waterandothercontaminantsfromenteringthetankandtherebycontaminatingtheimmediateentrancearea.Thesheltersaretobeofsufficientsizetoallowpersonneltoremoveandstorewetweatherclothingoutsideofthetanks.Nowetweatherclothingistobetakenintothetanks.Thefloorareashallconsistofwoodengratingtopreventcontaminationfromfoottrafficenteringthetank.Inadditionallpersonnelshalleitherchangetheirshoesorwearover-shoes.主舱口上搭设坚固的挡雨棚,并且,在特涂舱的洞口周围设置挡水,防止雨水进入。挡雨棚要全程维护,使其能够防止污物、灰尘、湿气、水及其它污染物进入舱内污染舱口附近区域。挡雨棚要足够大,可容纳施工人员在舱外脱去并放置雨衣,雨衣不得拿进舱内。舱内近入口处应铺设木栅板以防践踏污染,此外,施工人员需换鞋或戴鞋套。特涂工艺第8页CARGOTANKLININGPROCEDURE共31页Entranceholestothetank,otherthanthemainaccesshatches,aretobeprotectedinsuchawaythatventilationcanbesupplied,butprotectionisprovidedtoeliminatetheriskofsuchcontaminantsasdescribedabove,toenterthetank.主舱口以外的其它洞口要采取保护措施,使其能够用来通风,而避免上述污染物进入舱内。Oncompletionoftheblastingoperationsthesheltersshallthoroughlycleaned.冲砂施工结束后,挡雨棚要彻底清洁。Noventilationorextractionhosingshallbeinstalledinthemainaccesshatch,soastoprovidesafeandeasyentryandexitfromthetank.为确保安全和方便出入,风管不得通过主舱口。Note:Anyblastedsurfaceorpartiallycuredcoatingfilmthatcomesintocontactwithwaterasaresultofinadequateprotectionbeingprovidedasdetailedabove,shallbere-blastedwithoutanydiscussion.注意:任何冲砂后的表面或未充分固化的油漆表面,一旦由于上述保护工作不善而接触到水,必须进行返冲。Temperatures温度AlltemperaturevaluesmentionedintheSpecificationandthecoatingmanufacture’sproductdatasheetsaretobeunderstoodasreferringtothetemperatureofthesteelsurface,unlessotherwisestated.除非特别声明,所有技术说明书和油漆厂商产品数据表中所述的温度都理解为钢板表面温度。Theminimumtemperatureatwhichanycoatingmaybeappliedshallbe10油漆施工的温度不低于10℃。Iftheambientconditionsaresuchthattherecouldbeanydoubtastotheabilityofthesuppliedequipmenttobeabletomaintainacontinuousminimumtemperatureof15℃,thentheowner’ssuperintendentorcoatingmanufacturer’srepresentativeshallhavetherighttodelaytheapplicationofcoatingsoperationsuntilthebuilderhasdemonstratedhisabilitytocontinuouslymaintainaminimumtemperatureof15℃overtheprecedingtwentyfourhourperiod.如果设备能力不能连续的确保15℃以上的环境条件,船东或油漆厂商代表可以推迟油漆施工,直到船厂证明其有能力24小时不间断的保持温度在15℃以上。Theuppertemperaturelimitwhencoatingwillbepermittedshallbedeterminedbythecoatingmanufacturerwithregardtohisparticularproduct.Generallythistemperatureshouldnotbeabove35℃.Wherehightemperaturesarepresentduetotheheatofthesun,theapplicationofthecoatingshallbedelayeduntilnighttime,oruntilthetemperaturehasbeenreducedbyprovisionsofawnings,insulationetc.特涂工艺CARGOTANKLININGPROCEDURE第9页共31页油漆施工的最高温度由油漆厂商根据其特定产品规定。一般而言,该温度不高于35℃。如果由于阳光照射使温度过高,则推迟油漆施工到晚上进行,或者设置遮阳棚或其它隔热绝缘措施。Incasethecoatingmanufacturer’srepresentativepermitsapplicationofhisproductsattemperatureabove35℃,thenitshallbetheresponsibilityofthebuildertoprovideownerwithawrittenstatementtothefactfromthecoatingmanufacturer.如果油漆厂商代表允许在35℃以上进行油漆施工,船厂必须向船东提供由油漆厂商出具的书面解释。Forcedheatcuring强制热固化Thefullyappliedcoatingsystemcanonlybecuredbyforcedheatcuring.Theminimumuniformsteelsurfacetemperaturerequiredforthecuringofsystemshallbe80℃.Thisminimumtemperatureistobecontinuouslymaintainedtoallsurfacesfortheperioddetailedinthecoatingmanufacturer’sproductdatasheets.Athighertemperatures,theforcedheatcuringtimecanbereducedanddetailsforperiodatothertemperaturesthattheminimumaredetailedinthecoatingmanufacturer’sproductdatasheets.Itshouldbenotedthatthemaximumrecommendedtemperaturefortheforcedheatcuringis105℃.完整的油漆必须进行强制热固化,热固化的钢板表面温度不低于80℃,根据油漆厂商产品数据表规定的时间连续保持该温度。若采用更高的温度,则可根据油漆厂商产品数据表的规定缩短热固化时间。建议热固化的最高温度不超过105℃。Incasethatthesteeltemperatureisfoundtobebelow80℃,thecoatingmanufacturershouldprovideguidanceasforhowmuchextrasoaktimeisrequiredtoensurethatthecoatingsystemiscompletelycured.Thecoatingmanufacturerwillprovidetemperaturerecordingsmeasuredduringthefullperiodoftheforcedheatcuringtoownersuperintendents.一旦发现钢板表面温度低于80℃,油漆厂商要提供指导,明确需要多少额外的保温时间。油漆厂商向船东提供热固化的全过程记录。Anyperiodwhenthetemperatureduringtheheatcuringcyclefallsbelowtheminimumrequiredshallnotbeadmissibleascountingtowardstheheatcuringperiod.Thus,thisinadmissibleperiodshallbeaddedtothetotalrequiredtime.热固化周期中任何温度低于规定最低温度的时段不计入热固化周期,在规定的总热固化周期上增加该时段的时间。Theforcedheatcuringofthecoatingsystemshallbecarriedoutbythecoatingmanufacturerwithallnecessaryassistancerenderedfromthebuilder.特涂的强制热固化由油漆厂商负责执行,船厂提供必要协助。特涂工艺CARGOTANKLININGPROCEDURE第10页共31页Spaceheaters加热器Ifthesteeltemperatureislessthanspecifiedabove,spaceheatersshallbeinstalledtoensurethatproperconditionsarekeptatalltimesinsidethetank.Theonlycombustiontypeheaterspermittedshallbethosewithindirectheatedairsupply.Electricallyheatedunitsarepreferred.Theheatedairshallb
