背景分析Background设计范围Design

Area绿地济南国际花都项目位于济南槐荫区腊山南侧，规划建设净用地面积121,300平方米，约合182亩，为绿地在济南开发一揽子项目中的其中之一。项目的主题定位为“国际花都”，汇聚多国文化艺术精粹，将国际先进设计理念与当地地域文脉相融合而打造的现代国际人文生态社区。为了能让住户一到达该片区就能感受到绿色的生活环境与国际的人文气息，设计延续至刘长山路市政绿化带与党杨路绿化带中，其中刘长山路市政绿为6米宽，300米长；党杨路绿化带为15米宽，328米长。Greenland

meters

182Mu).

This

is

one

of

Greenland

group’s

be

developed

quality

extends

to

along

Liu

Road,

endeavoring

to

createa

greenimpression

and

international

community

imagefor

the

residents.

Liu

Chang

Shan

RoadGreenbelt

is

6m

wide

and

300m

long,

while

theDang

Yang

Road

Greenbelt

is

15m

wide

Analysis1.现有市政绿化带的植物配置树种较为单一，缺乏种类多样性与丰富性，不有利于该区域的生态环境，其中乔木种类较为单一，且种植密度较高，灌木地被植物种类较少；2.绿化带的平面布局上，采用区块集中种植，区块外轮廓比较自然，随意，均匀，未考虑主入口等区域的视觉效果，为未形成景观节点；3.在绿化带立面布局方面，各类植物高中低自然错落，由于乔木种植采用高密度种植，所以隔离效果好，但内部空间较为封闭。4.现有的绿化带尚未考虑有让行人驻足停留、休息、遮风挡雨的空间。1.The

Goals1.首要考虑该区域的生态环境，在保留移植现有植被的基础上，进一步增加植物配置的种类多样性与丰富性，提高绿化带层次的差异，从大乔木、小乔木

花灌木、地被植物形成多层次、高落差的绿化格局。2.在设计中体现对人行者的关怀，在绿化带中设置出租车停靠点、廊架、景观小径、座椅等绿色景观空间。3.在重点节点出融入时尚都市公共艺术，提升城市形象。4.在总体布局上，打造具有韵律感的流畅图案，在变化中寻求统一，在统一中创造变化；5.在立面效果上，商业空间以座墙、高树干乔木与绿篱结合，风格较为简洁、通透，提供更多驻足停留的空间；住宅环境通过地形与上中下层绿化的组合，形成一道绿色的风景线，减少公路带来的噪音与灰尘。1.To
