withoutomissionsandstrictimplementhand-overprocedures;6)按吊装作业的特点,制定针对性安全技术措施;Asperhoistingoperationandcharacteristics,formulatespecificmeasuresforsafetyandtechnology;4.2设备及材料准备Equipmentandmaterialpreparation1)配齐施工机具,做好进场前检查、保养,落实到位并有备案,严禁带病作业。Fullyserviceconstructionmachinery,inspectthedelivery,carryoutmaintenance,andmakerecords.Prohibitworkworkinspiteofillness.2)吊装施工的主要设备有:Themainhoistingequipment:100T起重机1台,25T起重机1台,12T起重机1台;Onesetof100Tcrane,onesetof25Tcrane,onesetof12Tcrane;25T配重运输车若干辆,5T工具运输车1辆,3T液压车2部;Some25Theavytransportvehicles,one5Ttooltransporter,two3Thydraulicvehicle;滑轮组1副,滑轮10只;Onesetofpulleyblock1,10pulleys;5T手拉葫芦3只;Three5Thandchainhoists;滚筒20根,6米20#工字钢4根,16#工字钢双拼拖板1副,800*800*8000mm钢架3副;20rollers,four20#I-beamwhichis6mlong,one16#doubleI-beamextensionunit,3setsof800*800*8000mmsteelframe;100T吊车垫脚钢板4块,25T吊车垫脚钢板4块,12T吊车垫脚钢板4块,道木40根;4pcsof100Tcranepadplate,4pcsof25Tcranefootpadplate,4pcsof12Tcranefootpadplate,40pcsofroadwood;起道机4只,撬棒、钢丝绳若干;Fourtrackliftingjack,someprybar,wireropes;电锤1只;Onehammer;地锚3只,吊锁10副,大小头木塞10只。Threegroundanchors,tenliftingslings,tenstoppers.3)施工用料准备充分,并有应急措施;Constructionmaterialsarefullypreparedandhavecontingencymeasures;4.3作业环境准备Operatingenvironmentpreparation1)施工现场的绿化带处必须采用吊车专用垫脚钢板铺垫。道路旁边的排水沟应进行保护处理,确保吊机进入后的安全。所有变电站门口能停放大型汽车吊,且地面已按要求夯实、平整,能承受大型汽车吊作业。Thesitegreenbeltmustpadwithsteppingsteelplateofthespecializedcrane.Drainsadjacenttoroadsshouldbecarriedoutconservationtreatmenttoensurethecraneenteringsecurity.Allsubstationentrancescanparklargetruckcrane,andthegroundhasbeencompactedandleveledcanbearlargetruckcraneoperation..2)拆除进入施工现场的所有障碍物。主要是进入施工现场的门、基础近旁的小桩、基础外边沿等。确保地面作业通道无任何车辆及障碍物。Removeallobstaclestoenterthesite:Mainlythegate,pilesandedgesnearbyfoundationetc.Toensuregroundhandlingchannelhasnoobstaclesforvehicles.3)通道保持6米宽度,转弯处保持10米以上宽度,能满足设备运载车及大型汽车吊倒车、转弯不受障碍物影响。作业面拆出宽11米以上的通道,满足施工单位提出的要求,能使吊装作业顺利进行。Keepthechannel6mwideandtheturnabove10mwide,sothattheequipmenttransportationvehiclesandlargeautocranecanreverseandturnfreely.Demoliteachannelwith11meterswideonworksurfacemeettherequestofconstructionunitand4)变电站进设备的门有足够的高度。Thesubstationdoorforenteringequipmentishighenough.五.吊装主要施工工序和施工方法Themajorliftingconstructionprocessesandconstructionmethods5.1施工方法ConstructionMethods本期工程五个站分布在工业园区内,全部为地面建筑物。Fivesubstationsincurrentprojectarelocatedintheindustrialpark,allofwhicharetheground-levelstructures.根据吊装区域对面积的要求,结合我公司工程技术人员对吊装现场的实地考察,确定吊装区须有10M宽道路停车作业,卸车作业距离约10m。大型汽车吊能靠近变电站门口进行吊装作业。Accordingtotherequirementsoftheregionforliftingarea,combinedwiththefieldofhoistingsiteinspectionofthecompanyengineeringandtechnicalpersonnel,theloadingareamusthave10Mwide-streetforparkingoperations,adistanceofabout10mforunloadingoperations.Largevehiclecranecouldbeabletocarryoutliftingoperationsnearthedoorofthesubstation.C5931300kVA690VAC柴油发电机根据提供的资料表明长12米,宽2.4~2.5米,高2.2~2.3米,单台重23.5~24吨。Astheprovidedinformationshows,1300kVA690VACdieselgeneratorinC593is12mlong,2.4~2.5mwideand2.2~2.3highC58110KV中压柜室离地面约2500㎜,门口有一装卸平台。但此平台太小进电气设备需重新搭设一个能满足承放中压柜的工作平台。吊装2、3F的设备将搭设一个脚手架吊装平台。10KVMVcabinetroomshouldbeabout2,500mmfromtheground,aloadingplatformnearbytheentrance.However,thisplatformistoosmalltogetintotheelectricalequipment,whichshouldberebuiltanewworkingplatform,whichcansupporttheMVcabinets.Putupascadfordplatformforliftingtheequipmentin2FB30110KV中压柜室离地约2m,门口重新搭设一个能满足承放中压柜的工作平台。室内中压柜基础重新做加固措施。The10KVMVcabinetsare2mabovethegroundinB301.PutupaplatformwhichcansupporttheMVcabinets.Reinforcethebaseofthecabinets.中压柜宽800㎜、深3560㎜、高2050㎜,单台背靠背柜重1.4-2T。MVcabinetis800mmwidth,3560mmdepth,2050mmhigh,withasinglebacktobackcabinetweight1.4-2T.低压柜最大宽1000mm,长1600mm,高2200mm,单台重1.4-2T。Themaximumwiden1000mm,length1600mm,height2200mm.Theweightis1.4-2T.其他设备单台重。Otherequipmentweighs0.5-2Tpereach.依照我公司设备吊装的经验及施工现场所具备的条件,在确保吊装作业安全的前提下,确定:Accordingtomycompany'sexperienceonhoistingandtheconditionsconstructionsiterequired,underthepremiseofthesafetyofliftingoperations,decide:本工程中10KV3150KVA变压器采用25T汽车吊;中压柜采用12T汽车吊吊装卸车。落差处搭设平台,手拉葫芦牵引盘路,用走杆、拖板拖运的施工方法。低压柜等设备采用12T汽车吊吊装卸车,有吊装平台。Intheproject10KV3150KVAtransformeruse25Tcrane;MVcabinetuses12Ttounloadandhoist.Theplatformshouldbesetupwiththegapusingwoodandsteelframeandhandchainhoistforpullingplate,usingconstructionmethodofwalkingpole,extensionunits’haulage.LVcabinetsandotherequipmentuses12Tcranewithplatformputup.该吊装工艺具有施工进度快、安全可靠、经济合理的优点。Thehoistingprocesshasfast,safe,reliable,economicaladvantages.5.2吊索计算Slingcalculation在施工过程中,我们所使用的钢丝绳必须是有合格证的钢丝绳,此类钢丝绳的安全工作荷载已经被注明,但有些钢丝绳的合格证没有随钢丝绳到达工地,这样可以用以下的公式进行计算,或对有合格证的钢丝绳进行校核。Thesteelropemustbequalifiedonesandtheloadhasbeennoted.Whensomeofthesteelirons’cetificationhasnotgottenalready,wecanusethefollowingformulatocalculateandcheck.1)100T(柴油发电机)吊装采用4根Ø46㎜钢丝绳千斤单根钢丝绳破断拉力计算:Q≈54d2 3150KVA/10干式变压器吊装选用25T汽车吊,汽车吊进入现场最理想处展开吊装作业。Use20Tcarcrane3150KVA/10usedry-typetransformerhoisting,craneconductsliftingoperationswhencranegetintotheperfectsite.吊车站位时应尽量靠近路边,支腿处的绿化地上,必须先铺垫吊车专用钢板。Thecraneshouldbeclosetotheroadside,youmustfirstputspecialliftingplateonthegreengroundofholdinglegs.然后再进行吊机支腿安装。Theninstallthecranelegsthereafter.
