OperationandMaintenanceA.使用模具注意事项Operationnotice:1、检查注塑机的各项技术参数设定是否正常;Checkthemoldingparametersweresetproperly.2、装模前将注塑台(炮筒)后退;Retracttheinjectionunitbeforemoldmounting.3、调整注塑机动定模板间间距,使其大于模厚;Adjustthedistancebetweentheplatens:Itmustbelargerthanthemoldthickness4、按模具上向上标志“f”所示,吊起模具放入动定模板之间,使模具的法兰先导入注塑机定模板上的定位孔中,再闭合机板,使模具紧贴于两机板之间。Liftthemoldwitharrowsign"j”upwardandsetitbetweentheplatens.Insertthelocatingringintocenterholeofthefixedplaten.5、模具侧边同机板侧边平行,用压板及螺丝固定模具于注塑机动定模板上。Beforeclampingthemoldontobothplatens,ensurethatthemoldisnottiltedsideway.6、锁模块后,进行开模、合模、试合模力,逐步调整锁模位置,逐渐升高锁模力并使连杆能够伸直。严禁在闭模状态下增大锁模力,以免损坏模具。AlwayscheckthatP/Lstrapsareremovedbeforeopeningthemold.Checktheclampingpressurebyopeningandclosingthemold,increasetheplatendaylightslowlytillthelinkrodsfullyextend.Neverincreaseclampingpressurewhilemoldisclosed,elsemoldingmachinewillbeseverelydamaged.三.模具维护保养OperationandMaintenancea)依《模具资料》调节注塑机顶出杆行程,使其恰当顶出产品。Adjusttheejectorstrokeaccordingto“MoldDateSheet”andmakesurethepartscanbeejectedproperly.b)依运水示意图连接运水。Connectthecoolingsystemasshowninthecoolingdiagramc)依《工艺参数卡》为参照进行调机,直至啤出合格产品。Adjustthemachinesettingswithreferenceto“MoldingParameter"tillqualitypartsareobtained.7、模具是热唧嘴的,要专业人员来驳线并检查温控箱等是否运行正常。Ifhotsprueareused.Operationofthetemperaturecontrolmustbechecked.B.维护保养1、落模前,对照末件检查模具;Comparewiththelastshotandinspectthemoldthroughlybeforedismounting.2、进行模具的外观检查保养;Inspectthemold’sexternalappearanceandcarryoutmaintenance:清除模具外表面、分模面、型腔表面、导柱表面、顶针底面上的油污杂物,粉尘及锈斑;Cleanupoilstains,dirtsandrustsontheexternalsurfaces,partingsurfacesandcavitysurfaces,guidepinsandejectorpins.严禁用任何硬物,特别是金属物清理模腔杂物;Neverusehardobjectstobrushorscrapthemoldcavities;3、清理模具冷却水道,使其畅通,且无积水在内;Purgethewaterchannelstofreethemfromwaterandblockage;三.模具维护保养

OperationandMaintenance4、进行模具的润滑检查;对模具的相对滑动部分添加润滑油。Greaseandlubricateallslidingsurfaces5、进行模具结构件的检查;Checkthemoldstructure.检查模具的活动部分在动作时是否存在异常响声各滑动部分运动是否灵活,动作时有无振动及卡死;Checkforabnormalnoiseduringmovement,ensureslidingactionaresmooth.Thereshouldbenovibrationandjamming.检查导柱、导套、顶针、滑块等有无严重磨损现象,模具的光、薄、细部位有无缺损、开裂、变形等;检查型腔表面及型芯有无刮花现象,缺陷有无增多,顶针和其它部位有无折断现象;Checkfordamages,cracks,deformationsetc.inpolishedareas,thinordelicateparts.Checkandreportanyscratchesonthesurfacesofcavitiesandcores,anynewdefects,anybrokenejectorpinsanddelicateparts.6、模具清擦干净,型腔表面喷涂防锈剂或防锈油脂,合模,收紧锁模片,落模,摆放在指定位置;Cleanupthemold,rust-proofthecavityandcoresurfacesbeforeclosingthemold.TightentheP/Lstrapsanddismountthemold.Storeasinstructed.

五.附件/备用清单
