职责描述:

Productionsupporting:

•Identifyandmanagesoftwaredefectsandworkwithbusinesspartnertoresolveandimplementsolutions.

•Coordinateon-goingsystemsmaintenanceandupgradeswithnodisruptiontobusinessoperations.

•Supportandtroubleshootissues(processsystem),identifyrootcause,andproactivelyimplementsustainablecorrectiveactions.

•Providesystemssupportanddailyoperationssupport;someovernightshift-schedulesupportwillberequiredduringrolloutandspecialcompanyevents.

Project/enhancementsupporting:

•Workwithvendors,clientusergroups,andotherstodevelopsystemspecifications,trackandmanagesystemdevelopmentprogress,insureadherencewithschedule.

•Ensurehousingsystemsolutionsareseamlesslyintegrated

•Designanddevelopdetailedfunctionalspecificationstoenhancehousingprocesses,addnewfeatures,configurerulesandworkflows,newprocessesandreports

•Identifynewopportunitiesservicestoenhancethesystemsplatformanddrivemoreproductivity.

任职要求:

•Bachelor’sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationSystemsorEngineering(orequivalentrelevantworkexperience).

•5+years’experienceofhotelorlargecampusPMSandintegrationexperienceinsystemsanalysisdevelopment,supportingbusinesssystems.

•3+years’experienceofHands-onconfiguration,setup,transactionoperationofhotelorlargecampusPMS,schemasetup,transactionoperationandabilitytoperform.

•ExperienceinsystemdesignandPMSintegration,likebuildintegrationtosupportworkforcemanagement

•ExperiencewithrelationaldatabaselikeOracle,SQLServeranddevelopmenttechnologieslikeT-SQL,PL/SQLetc,abletowritebasicqueriesandupdateschema.

•Demonstratedabilityintroubleshooting,analysis,anddesign.

•Self-motivatedaccountable,withahighlevelofcommitmenttoresponsibility.

•Excellentinterpersonal,verbalandwrittencommunicationskillsbothEnglishandChinese;abilitytoworkacrossmultiplegroups.

•Scheduleflexibilityisneededtomeetoperation’sneeds.

•ExperiencetoplayBSAroleinproject,tocollectrequirement,providesolution,taskestimation,conducttestingandtrainingetc

•Experienceworkinginhotel,themeparkorentertainmentorganization

•ExperiencewithSoftwareDevelopment(includingAgileandwaterfall)

•Abilitytosupportmultipleprojectsandcommunicateef
