TheadvantageofCFBboilerfedwithlimestone在循环流化床锅炉运行中,石灰石作为辅助燃料对锅炉的良好运行,烟气排放起着至关重要的作用。DuringtheoperationofCFBboiler,itisveryimportanttouselimestoneasauxiliarymaterialforemissionmonitoring.首先,加入石灰石可以降低SO2和NOX的排放,满足环保要求。Firstofall,limestonecouldreducetheemissionofSO2andNOXandsatisfytheenvironmentrequirement.第二,加入合适的粒度的石灰石可以改善床料的粒度分布,从而提高床料质量,提高炉膛内换热效率。Secondly,feedwithrightgrainsizelimestonecouldimprovethespreadofbedmaterial,inordertorisethebedmaterialqualityandincreasetheheatefficiencyinsidetheboiler.第三,加入合适的粒度的石灰石会增加旋风分离器入口的烟气密度,从而提高旋风分离器的分离效率,增加参与大循环床料量,提高锅炉热效率,脱硫率。Thirdly,feedwithrightgrainsizelimestonecouldincreasethesmokedensityofcycloneseparatorinlet,whichmakeshigherseparatingefficiencyandincreaseslargecirculatingfluidizedbedmaterialquantityandboilerheatefficiencyandrateofdesulfurization.第四,加入石灰石后,CaCO3与煤中的硫反应生成CaSO3后,CaSO3和CaO与床料混合,同时CaSO3附着在床料颗粒的表面,这样一来就减低了床料的硬度,这将减低对炉膛内的水冷壁管的磨损和冷渣器的磨损。Fourth,afterfeedingwithlimestone,CaCO3reactswithsulfurinthecoalandmakesCaSO3,CaSO3andCaOmixwithbedmaterial,atsametime,CaSO3attachedonthebedmaterialsurface,soitreducesthehardnessofbedmaterial,itwillreducethewearonwaterscreentubeandslagcoolerinsidetheboiler.总之,石灰石粉的加入对锅炉的正常运行起着至关重要的作用。Allinall,limestonefeedingisveryimportantforboilernormaloperation.二:系统图

Blankingtube(airquantityiscontrolledbymagnetvalve,itisformaterialflow)旋转给料阀(轴端密封压力设定0.1MP,轴端密封讲解,减速机润滑油讲解,转子的调整,最小转速等)

RotaryFeedervalve(sealpressureattheshaftendis0.1MP,explainforshaftendsealing,motorreducerlubrication,rotoradjustmentandminimumrpmetc..)给料阀主要特点及说明:Themainfeaturesanddescription:1:采用公司专利技术可调自动跟踪密封,可避免因物料杂质及大颗粒等因素造成的设备卡死,同时在设计时转子预留20-30MM磨损空间,延长设备检修周期,该设备采用耐磨材料,增加设备使用寿命。

轴端密封装置及密封电磁阀调压阀外壳等组成。Feedervalveisassembledbyinlet,outlet,chain,chaincover,reducerandmotor,rotor,bearing,shaftsealingdeviceandsealingmagnetvalve,pressureadjustingvalveandhousingetc..4:由于罗茨风机最大压力为70KA,系统最大运行压力不会大于此压力,所以轴端密封压力设定为0.1MP,此压力由调压阀来调整。Maximumrootsblowerpressureis70KA,themaximumoperatingpressurecannotbeoverit,sothesealingpressureattheshaftendissetfor0.1MP,thispressureisadjustedbyadjustingvalve.5:变频给料阀最小转速为百分之十以上运行,此逻辑在变频器中已经设置好,即远方给运行指令,最小频率就是5HZ.Frequencyconversionfeederisrunningabove10%ofRPM,thislogicalwasset,sominimumfrequencyis5Hz.6:减速机的润滑油采用220工业重齿轮油,轴承加的是润滑脂,详细参见图纸129166-1365A-LUBE.Thelubricantis220industrialheavygearoil,greaseisfilledforthebearing,seedetail129166-1365A-LUBE7:转子间隙的调整,侧方有两个弹簧拉杆,螺丝往里拧,间隙变大,螺丝往外松,间隙变小。Thespaceadjusting,therearetwospringrodontheside,screwtotheinside,thespaceincrease,screwtotheoutside,thespacedecrease.8:轴端有测速码盘,码盘为8个齿的,旁边有速度传感器,检测到8个脉冲信号时,设备为旋转一圈。Attheendoftheshaft,thereisaspeedometer,thereareeightteeth,andbesideitisaspeedsensor,whenitmonitors8pulse,thentherotorgoesonecircle.1:落料管上部为进料口,下部两个为出料口2:采用耐磨材料,增加耐磨性能,延长使用寿命。3:由于上面的阀是17吨出力,下面的两个分别为8.5吨出力,所以要相对均匀分配到每套系统中。

Middlesilo(1:inlet,outlet,balancevalve,peephole,drainhole;2:Thereisnolimestonepowderwhenit’soperating)混料器(1:进料,进风,出料。2:混料器是物料输送系统的终端执行设备,通过正压输送将物料均匀输送到指定位置。3:混料器主要部件采用耐磨材料,增加耐磨性能,延长设备使用寿命。)

Rootsblower(Beltadjustment,lubrication,coolingwater)1:罗茨风机包括电机机体皮带皮带轮皮带轮罩机体及电机测温传感器进出口消音器进口负压表出口压力表安全阀出口软连接出口单向阀出口温度表等。Rootsblowerincludingmotor,housing,belt,pulley,beltcover,temperaturesensor,mufflerofinlet/outlet,pressuregauge,safetyvalve,softconnection,onewayvalve,outlettemperaturemeter2:皮带松紧度的调整,松开电机在机架上的固定螺丝,用侧面顶丝加大与机体间的距离时,皮带变紧,反过来,电机与机体之间的距离变小时,皮带变松。Loosethescrewonthesupportofmotor,adjustthejackscrewonside,whenthedistanceincrease,thebeltistighterandviceversa.3:风机机体采用220号工业重齿轮油,更换周期为六周,机体皮带侧轴承需加锂基润滑脂,一周加入一次。详细参见图纸129166-1365A-LUBE.Thelubricantis220industrialheavygearoil,changeeverysixweeks,beltsidebearingoftheblowerhousingneedsfilllithiumbasegreaseeveryweek.Seedetaildrawing129166-1365A-LUBE.4:风机机体有冷却循环水,运行时一定要打开阀门,定时排下内部气体。Thereiscoolingcirculatingwaterinsidetheblower,whenit’soperating,youneedopenthevalveandreleasetheairinsideinacertainperiod.5:进口消音器上有空气过滤网,根据现场实际情况定期清理,如果进风不流畅的话,会导致风机温度高,电机电流变大。Thereisairfilterontheinletmuffler,cleanitaccordingtotheenvironment,ittheairflowisbad,itwillcausehighmotortemp.andcurrent.6:风机外面有隔音罩子,隔音罩上面有换气扇,它是往里面吸风的。Thereisisolationoutsidetheblower,andthereisafanonitforsuckingair.7:风机出口安全阀在系统超过70KA后,自动打开排气。Whenthesafetyvalvemonitorsthesystempressureisover70KA,itwillautomaticallyopen.1:锁气阀就地操作箱包括零速报警信号所有按钮指示灯转换开关全部单独与MCC盘集中控制回路单独连接。

1:罗茨风机循环水,有压力流量仪表远传及就地显示。

1:Rootsblowercirculatingwater,pressureandflowmeterremotecontrolandlocaldisplay给料量与风机压力的关系及系统运行中注意事项

Feedingquantityandblowerpressurerelationandcautionduringtheoperation1:调整变频给料阀给料量时,风机出口压力同给料量成正比,比如空管压力是10KPA,当给料量为百分之十时,压力是13KPA,给到百分之二十时,压力会增大一些,就是说每增加一些给料量,压力都会增大,每次都会稳定到一个值上,不会一直增大。Whenchangethefeedingquantityoffrequencyconvertingfeeder,thebloweroutletpressureischangedwithfeedingquantityinproportion,forinstance,emptytubingpressureis10KPA,whenthefeedingquantityis10%,thepressureis13KPA,when20%feedingquantity,thepressurewillincrease,inotherwords,whenyouincreasingthefeedingquantity,thepressurewillincreasetoastablelevelbutnotcontinuousincrease.2:本系统是上面落下多少料,下面送走多少。从变频阀到混料器之间是不存有石灰石粉的。Thissystemisdesignedfornolimestonepowderleftbetweenfrequencyconvertingvalveandmixer.3:通过烟气中二氧化硫的含量,来调整变频给料阀的速度来改变喷入炉膛的石灰石量,调整时尽量平滑调整,不要忽大忽小。Adjustthefeedingspeedsmoothly,don’tadjusttoomuchatonetime.4:一套输送管路的两套系统不能同时运行,管道出力与一套系统的给粉量是匹配的,如果两套同时输送会造成堵塞管道,设备卡死等现象。Thetwosystemforonefeedingpipelinecannotoperatingatthesametime,theoutputofpipingiscorrespondingwiththesystemoutput.Ifoperatingtwosystematsametime,itwillcausecloggingandequipmentstop.5:另外一台变频给料阀对应两条输送系统最好同时运行。Betteroperatingtwofeedingsystematsametimewhichtheotherfrequencyconvertingfeedercorresponds.调试前准备

Preparationoftrialrunning调试前准备工作Preparation:1:检查润滑油,润滑脂是否加好。Checkthelubricant.2:罗茨风机卸掉皮带及皮带罩子。等电机旋转方向试运正确后再装上。Disassemblythebeltandbeltcoverofrootsblower.Whenthemotorrotationisright,thenassemblythemback.3:罗茨风机地脚螺栓及机体固定螺栓锁紧。Tightentheanchorboltsofrootsblowerandhousing.4:各个控制柜接线完成,校对完毕。Checkthewiringconnectionofeachcontrolcabinet.5:各个旋转阀及风机手动盘车无问题。Checkeveryrotaryvalveandblowerbyhand.

维护

Maintenance1:罗茨风机定期更换齿轮油及润滑脂,要保持皮带的松紧度。

2:给料阀密封的调整,如果发现轴端漏灰后,前期需要调整压盖,如果压盖已经调整到最里端了,就需要更换填料了。1:Changethegearoilandlubricantforrootsblowerfrequentlyandkeepthebeltinacertaintightness.2:Ifyoufindshaftendisleakingpowder,thenyouneedadjusttheglandseal,iftheglandsealgoestotheend,thenyouneedtochangetheseal.都需要调试哪些设备Whichequipmentneedsadjustment:1:所有阀门行程开关反馈到DCS的信号是否正确

AllthelimitswitchfeedbacksignaltoDCS2:变频给料阀控制柜设置,跟DCS对接设备试运。Thesettingoffrequencyconvertingfeedercontrolcabinet,coupletotheDCSandtrialtest.3:气动门和电磁阀由DCS来操作PneumaticvalveandmagnetvalveoperatebyDCS.4:恒速阀操作箱和MCC控制盘对接,设备试运。ConstantspeedvalveoperationcabinetcouplestoMCCcontrolpanel,trialtest.5:罗茨风机操作箱和MCC控制盘对接,设备试运,测震动。罗茨风机的旋转方向,皮带罩子上有指示。RootsblowercabinetcouplestoMCCcontrolpanel,trialtest,measurethevibration.Thereisanarrowshowstherotatingdirectiononthebeltcover.6:所有温度测点DCS是否显示CheckifallthetemperaturemeasurepointsshowsontheDCS.7:隔音罩换气扇旋转方向的调整,是从外往内吸气。Checkthefanonisolationrotatesrightdirection.Itshouldbesuckingairfromoutsidetoinside.变频器操作及参数设置

Frequencyconvertormanualandparametersetting1:键盘操作,屏幕上左上角显示LOC为就地键盘操作,按ENTER键显示频率值,按上升和下降键增减频率,值设定好后按ENTER键,然后按RESET键退出,START启动,STOP停止设备。Keyboardoperat
