优秀留学生评审管理办法AdministrativemeasuresfortheevaluationofexcellentinternationalstudentsinXXUniversity第一章总则Chapter1Generalrules第一条为规范优秀留学生评审工作，推进留学生培养机制改革，提高留学生培养质量，根据我校实际情况，制定本办法。InordertostandardizetheevaluationofExcellentInternationalStudents,promotethereformoftrainingmechanismforinternationalstudents,andimprovetheeducationqualityofinternationalstudents,accordingtothecurrentsituation,themeasurementshavebeenformulatedasfollows、第二条优秀留学生评审面向我校全日制在籍留学生。ExcellentInternationalStudents'Evaluationisaimingatfull-timeInternationalstudentsinouruniversity、第三条优秀留学生每年评审一次，坚持公开、公平、公正、择优的原则，杜绝弄虚作假。TheevaluationforExcellentInternationalStudentsismadeannually,adheringtotheprinciplesofopenness,fairness,justiceandmerit,eliminatinganyfraud、
