保安Inanyplacewheremembersofthepublicareopenlyinvited,thereisanaddedproblemwithsecurity.Thisisespeciallytrueinhotels,asthereareoftensomanydifferentexitsandentrancesandmanyvaluableitemsarecontainedwithinthebuilding.在任何向公众开放的场所都会出现更多的保安问题。酒店作为拥有众多不同的出入口和贵重物品的公共场所,其保安问题更是不可忽视。InlargepropertiesyoumayhaveaccesstoadedicatedSecurityDepartment,butforsmallerhotelssecurityreliesonmembersofstaffandmanagersbeingvigilantatalltimesandactingsensiblyandresponsiblyiftheirsuspicionsarearoused.在规模大的酒店里,设有专门的保安部门。但是对于规模小的酒店,保安依赖于经理与所有员工时时刻刻保持高度警惕并在发现可疑人员时所采取迅速负责的行动。SecurityofPeople

Whentravellingalone,lateatnightorearlyinthemorning,alwaysensurethatsomeoneateitherendofyourjourneyknowswhattimeyouleft,andwhattimeyouexpecttoarrive.
当在深夜或清晨独自外出时,请确保在目的地有人知道你出发或者即将到达的时间。Whentravellingbypublictransport,trytotravelinapartofthebusortrainclosetothedrive.Avoidgettingintoanemptycarriagealone.
在搭乘公交外出时,尽量位于巴士或者列车中靠近驾驶员的地方。避免独自一人留在空荡的车厢。Ifyouarewalkingalone,walkconfidentlyandpurposefully-tryandavoidusingnarroworquietfootpathsandsideroads.

AAccuratefiresite准确的起火地点BThecauseoffire起火的原因
CWhethertherearepeopleinjured是否已有人受伤Trytoputoutthefirewithexistingequipments.尽力用现有器材将火扑灭。Incaseofsafety,staynearbythefiresiteandexplainthesituationstotheCRTmemberswhentheyarrived.若安全许可,请保留在现场附近,等应急小组人员到位后向其讲明情况。Ifthefireisfiercelyorthereisaheavysmoke,leavefromthenearestexitimmediatelyafterpressthefirealarm.如果火势很大或者烟势很大,按响警铃后,立即从最近的出口离开。Doremember切记:

.当专职消防队到来时,应向消防部门介绍伤亡及被困人员等情况;并在现场随时提供帮助。FOResponsibilities前台职责FOstaffshouldcommunicatewithHSKPtocheckroomssoastoensureallguestshaveevacuatedsafely.Theroomwithoutguestsshouldhungawhitetowelonthedoor.前台人员同客房部协调,查看房间,确保客人全部安全疏散,客人疏散后所有房门应挂有白毛巾。Iftheofficeisunderthreat,crisisemergencypeopleshouldbearrangedtotaketheimportantprofiles,cashes,valuablearticlesandequipmentstoasafetyplace.
如办公室受到威胁,应指派应急人员尽可能将办公室内重要资料、现金、贵重物品和设备等全部转移到安全地点。FOstaffprinttheaccommodationsguestslistandtakeittoassemblyplaceformakingtherollcall.
前台服务员打出当天住宿客人登记单,带到集合点核对人数。ENGResponsibilities工程部职责Theelectricianscutoffpowerandensuretheemergencypowersupply;theair-conditiontechnicianstartpositivepressureventilationdevice;theplumbersresponseforthefirewatersupply.工程部电工切断现场电源、保证应急供电,空调工关闭空调,启动正压送风设备水工保证消防供水。Whentheprofessionalfirebrigadearrived,thedutymanageranddutyengineeringstayatthescenetoprovideassistancetofireman专业消防人员到达后,值班工程师同应急小组成员留在现场,向消防队员提供帮助Thedutyengineeringresponseforensuringthefirefacilityworkingproperly工程部值班工程师,确保消防联动设施的正常工作。Afterfinishingtheworksabove,cometofiresiteandtakepartinfire-fightingworkunderthecommandofCRT.工程部完成上述工作并赶赴现场,在应急小组指挥下,参加灭火工作。Asinvestigatingthefires,cooperatewithrelateddepartmentsandresumenormalworkofaffectedregions
调查火情时,同有关部门协调工作重新恢复受灾区域的正常工作。SECResponsibilities保卫部职责Incaseofnecessary,theSECsupervisorgivesuggestiontotheCRTthataskforhelpfromfire-fightingdepartment.必要时保卫部值班主管建议应急小组向消防部门求助。Thesecurityguardsclearawayallindependentvehiclesandobstaclesoutoflobbyandeachexits.Arrangepeople
waitingforthefireenginescomingatjunctionandleadthefirebrigadecomeintothefirescene保卫人员清除大堂外及各出入口外无关车辆和障碍物,并派人在路口等待消防车到来,引导消防队进入火灾现场。SECsupervisortakechargeofcommandingguardstomaintainorderandguidethecrowds.保卫主管负责指挥保卫人员维持秩序、疏导人群。SECstaffshouldpayattentiontothesituationsinsideandoutsidehotelandreporttoCCTV.保卫人员要注意酒店内外情况,将情况报告CCTV。AftertheevacuationcommandfromCRT,thedutysupervisornotifyallsecuritypoststotakeactionsthroughwalkie-talkiesoastopreventunrelatedpeoplegettingintohotel.应急小组发出疏散指令后,值班主管用对讲机通知警卫各岗采取安全措施,有效控制无关人员进入酒店。HSKPResponsibilities客房部职责Afterreceivingfirealarm,thedutysupervisorpageforfloorimmediatelyattendantstogetreadytoevacuateguests.接到火警通知后,当班主管立即寻呼楼层服务员,准备疏散客人。Asreceivingtheevacuationcommand,thefloorattendantscheckguestroomsonebyone.Turnoffthepowerandclosethedoorafterconfirmingnobodyintheroomandhangawhitetowelontheroomdoortoshowthattheroomshavebeenchecked.当听到疏散指令后,客房部员工分别对各层逐间查看,确认无人后关闭电源和房门,并在门拉手上挂白毛巾,证明此房间已经查完。Thefloorattendantsassistguestinthecorridortoevacuatefromthenearestfirestaircase.服务员在楼道内协助客人,从最近的疏散楼梯疏散。Afterallroomschecked,reporttofire-fightingcommanderandtheoperator.全部房间检查完毕后,报告消防指挥人员和总机。CometoassemblypointtochecktheevacuatingpeopletogetherwithFO.到安全疏散集合点与前台人员一起核对疏散人员情况。F&BResponsibilities餐饮部职责Asreceivingthefirealarm,theDOF&Bneedtonotifyeverykitchenstochecktheirownworkingareasandmakepreparationsforevacuation.收到火警后,餐饮部总监通知各厨房员工立即检查所在工作区域做疏散前的准备Asreceivingevacuatingcommand,theDOF&Bneedtonotifythecashiersofallrestaurantstolockthecashmachinesanddrawerswell.Ifnecessary,putthecashintoFOdeposits.接到疏散指令后,餐饮部总监通知餐厅收款人员将收银机和所有抽屉锁好。如有可能将现金放入前台保险箱内。Ifthefirehappenedinrestaurant,shouldorganizepeopleevacuatefromtheemergencyexit.Deliverallvaluablearticlestosafetyplaces,cutoffpowerandthencometoassemblyplace.如火情在餐厅时,应组织人员从紧急出口疏散。所有贵重物品转移到安全地带,关闭电源;然后疏散到集合地点。IfTheFireHappenedInKitchen……
