当在深夜或清晨独自外出时，请确保在目的地有人知道你出发或者即将到达的时间。Whentravellingbypublictransport,trytotravelinapartofthebusortrainclosetothedrive.Avoidgettingintoanemptycarriagealone.

如办公室受到威胁，应指派应急人员尽可能将办公室内重要资料、现金、贵重物品和设备等全部转移到安全地点。FOstaffprinttheaccommodationsguestslistandtakeittoassemblyplaceformakingtherollcall.

前台服务员打出当天住宿客人登记单，带到集合点核对人数。ENGResponsibilities工程部职责Theelectricianscutoffpowerandensuretheemergencypowersupply;theair-conditiontechnicianstartpositivepressureventilationdevice;theplumbersresponseforthefirewatersupply.工程部电工切断现场电源、保证应急供电，空调工关闭空调，启动正压送风设备水工保证消防供水。Whentheprofessionalfirebrigadearrived,thedutymanageranddutyengineeringstayatthescenetoprovideassistancetofireman专业消防人员到达后，值班工程师同应急小组成员留在现场，向消防队员提供帮助Thedutyengineeringresponseforensuringthefirefacilityworkingproperly工程部值班工程师，确保消防联动设施的正常工作。Afterfinishingtheworksabove,cometofiresiteandtakepartinfire-fightingworkunderthecommandofCRT.工程部完成上述工作并赶赴现场，在应急小组指挥下，参加灭火工作。Asinvestigatingthefires,cooperatewithrelateddepartmentsandresumenormalworkofaffectedregions

调查火情时，同有关部门协调工作重新恢复受灾区域的正常工作。SECResponsibilities保卫部职责Incaseofnecessary,theSECsupervisorgivesuggestiontotheCRTthataskforhelpfromfire-fightingdepartment.必要时保卫部值班主管建议应急小组向消防部门求助。Thesecurityguardsclearawayallindependentvehiclesandobstaclesoutoflobbyandeachexits.Arrangepeople

waitingforthefireenginescomingatjunctionandleadthefirebrigadecomeintothefirescene保卫人员清除大堂外及各出入口外无关车辆和障碍物，并派人在路口等待消防车到来，引导消防队进入火灾现场。SECsupervisortakechargeofcommandingguardstomaintainorderandguidethecrowds.保卫主管负责指挥保卫人员维持秩序、疏导人群。SECstaffshouldpayattentiontothesituationsinsideandoutsidehotelandreporttoCCTV.保卫人员要注意酒店内外情况，将情况报告CCTV。AftertheevacuationcommandfromCRT,thedutysupervisornotifyallsecuritypoststotakeactionsthroughwalkie-talkiesoastopreventunrelatedpeoplegettingintohotel.应急小组发出疏散指令后，值班主管用对讲机通知警卫各岗采取安全措施，有效控制无关人员进入酒店。HSKPResponsibilities客房部职责Afterreceivingfirealarm,thedutysupervisorpageforfloorimmediatelyattendantstogetreadytoevacuateguests.接到火警通知后，当班主管立即寻呼楼层服务员，准备疏散客人。Asreceivingtheevacuationcommand,thefloorattendantscheckguestroomsonebyone.Turnoffthepowerandclosethedoorafterconfirmingnobodyintheroomandhangawhitetowelontheroomdoortoshowthattheroomshavebeenchecked.当听到疏散指令后，客房部员工分别对各层逐间查看，确认无人后关闭电源和房门，并在门拉手上挂白毛巾，证明此房间已经查完。Thefloorattendantsassistguestinthecorridortoevacuatefromthenearestfirestaircase.服务员在楼道内协助客人，从最近的疏散楼梯疏散。Afterallroomschecked,reporttofire-fightingcommanderandtheoperator.全部房间检查完毕后，报告消防指挥人员和总机。CometoassemblypointtochecktheevacuatingpeopletogetherwithFO.到安全疏散集合点与前台人员一起核对疏散人员情况。F&BResponsibilities餐饮部职责Asreceivingthefirealarm,theDOF&Bneedtonotifyeverykitchenstochecktheirownworkingareasandmakepreparationsforevacuation.收到火警后，餐饮部总监通知各厨房员工立即检查所在工作区域做疏散前的准备Asreceivingevacuatingcommand,theDOF&Bneedtonotifythecashiersofallrestaurantstolockthecashmachinesanddrawerswell.Ifnecessary,putthecashintoFOdeposits.接到疏散指令后，餐饮部总监通知餐厅收款人员将收银机和所有抽屉锁好。如有可能将现金放入前台保险箱内。Ifthefirehappenedinrestaurant,shouldorganizepeopleevacuatefromtheemergencyexit.Deliverallvaluablearticlestosafetyplaces,cutoffpowerandthencometoassemblyplace.如火情在餐厅时，应组织人员从紧急出口疏散。所有贵重物品转移到安全地带，关闭电源；然后疏散到集合地点。IfTheFireHappenedInKitchen……
