员工考勤制度WorkAttendanceRegulation修改说明ModificationDescription:Provision第一条状况,特制定本制度。Theruleismadebasedonthecompanysituationincompliancewithrelevantlawsinpurposeofstandardizingadministrationofmanagementandsafeguardingtheinterestsofbothcompanyandstaffs.其次条其次章细则Chapter2ImplementingProvision第一节考勤打卡标准/Normofattendance第三条中途下班时刷卡)。Staffmustpunchcardwhenonandoffduty.Inthehalfwayduringworkingtime,ifstaffaskleave(includeleaving,goingoutforbusiness,training,productionshutdown),theymustpunchwhenleavethecompany.惩罚。Consigningotherstopunchcardornotcomingforworkafterpunchingcardshallbefineduponthecircumstances;thosehelpotherspunchcardshallbefinedaswell.第六条及人力资源部审批。ExceptforQCofoutsourcingfac,thosegoingoutduringtheworkinghoursshallsubmit[GatePass]tothedeptmanagerandHRforapproval.正常出勤无刷卡记录,补办考勤证明的审批规定:Theapprovalofattendancecertification:员工正常出勤的,如发生漏刷卡、其他无刷卡记录的合理缘由导致考勤记录不全,应填写《考勤证明表》证明出勤状况。Wherethereisnoattendancerecordduetoreasonablereasonwhilethestaffisonduty,he/sheshallsubmit[AttendanceCertification]forapproval.1)提报人力资源部。公司员工出勤均应本人亲自打卡,自觉遵守,相互监视。Staffmustpunchthecardonhis/herown.此制度适用于非工厂编制员工。Theruleappliestononfactorystaff.[AttendanceCertification]shallbesubmittedwithin3workingdaysaftertheoccurrence,andshallbeapprovedbydeptmanagerandHR.第八负责,有不实的查证后须负领导责任。QCworkinginoutsourcingfactoryshallsubmittheattendancesheettoHRbeforethirdofeachmonthwiththesignatureofdirectleaderanddeptmanager.Thedirectleaderanddeptmanagershallbeliableforthetruthfulnessandaccuracyofthesaidsheet,andtheyshallbearresponsibilityasleaderfortheuntruthfulness.其次节迟到、早退/Latenessandtardy凡公司员工在工作时间开头后打卡者为迟到;Punchingcardafterthestipulatedworkingtimeisdeemedaslateness;Punchingcardbeforethestipulatedworkingtimeisdeemedastardy.1)迟到、早退/Latenessandtardy0.5天事假处理;Cumulativetimeexceeds20minutesbutlessthan1hour,apartfromthedeductionoffullattendancebonus,deductsalaryof0.5daypersonalaffairleave;2)迟到、早退月累计一小时及以上,缺乏四小时,扣除当月全勤奖奖金,并按旷工0.5Cumulativetimeexceeds1hourbutlessthan4hours,apartfromthedeductionoffullattendancebonus,deductsalaryof0.5dayabsenteeism;3)1天处理。超过八小时,按具体旷工时数累加。Cumulativetimeexceeds4hourbutlessthan8hours,apartfromthedeductionoffullattendancebonus,deductsalaryof1dayabsenteeism;thetimeexceeding8hoursshallbecumulatedasactual./Absenteeism第十条公司员工如有以下情形之一,均以旷工处理:Anyofcircumstanceshereunderisdeemedasabsenteeism:1)未请假或请假未批准,不到公司上班;Noleaveapplicationorleaveapplicationisnotapproved,whilenotcomeonduty;2)用不正值手段骗取、涂改、伪造休假证明;Offeruntrueevidencetoapplyforleave;3)在工作上不听从上级领导的合理安排,煽动其他员工进展怠工、罢工;DonotobeySuperior’sreasonableassignment,inciteotherstoslackinwork,makestrike;4)被公安部门拘留,或因打架斗殴、违纪致伤造成休息;BeingdetainedbythePolice,ortakerestduetofightingwhichisnotallowed;工作时间内未经批准,擅自离开工作岗位或公司;离岗半小时以内的,按一小时事假处理;离岗半小时(含)至一小时的,按旷工半天处理;离岗超过一小时(含)的,按旷工一天处理。Leaveone’spostorthecompanywithouttheapprovalduringtheworkingtime,iflessthanhalfhour,itwillbetreatedasonehourprivateaffairleave;ifmorethanhalfhourbutlessthanonehour,itwillbetreatedashalfdayabsenteeism;ifmorethanonehour,itwillbetreatedasonedayabsenteeism.6)本制度其次节规定的情形。Situationsinarticle2ofthisrule.[员工手册]。Thesalaryofabsenteeismisdeductedindouble.Thepenaltyofabsenteeismrefersto[EmployeeHandbook].7工自动解除劳动关系。自动离职者,扣离职手续后,发放其扣减旷工工资后应得的薪资。Successiveabsenteeismof3daysorcumulativeabsenteeismof7daysandabove,itisdeemedasstaffterminatelaborcontractonhis/herownwill.Salarypayableafterdeductionofabsenteeismshallbepostponedunlessthestafffinishesthehandoverprocedure.第四节排班治理/Shiftmanagement次状况定期提前上报〈员工排班表>,经上级主管审核汇总后,交由人力资源部考勤人员。Toassuretheorderlinessofattendance,deptshallsubmit[ShiftRoster]beforehandtoHReachweekorwheneverthereischange.第五节加班治理/Overtimemanagement第十四条工作时间/Workinghours,08:30~17:30,1冬夏令时,另行调整作息时间。Inprincipal,workinghoursofnon-factorystaffisalternativeweekends,08:30~17:30,1hourlunchbreak;Companyadjuststhespecifictimingaccordingtowinterandsummertimings.在外驻厂上班的员工:按所在工厂的作息时间上班。QCworkinginoutsourcingfactory:asperthetimingoftheoutsourcingfactory.第十五条加班申请/Applicationofovertime:审批流程/Overtimeapprovalofthosenotrelatedwithproduction:因工作需要加班时,必需于当日或次日向部门主管提出加班申请,填写《加班申请单》,经上级主管审核后,交人力资源经理依据申请理由进展核实。Forovertime,[OvertimeApplication]mustbesubmittedatthedayorthenextdayofovertime,andsubmittoHRaftertheapprovalofdepartmentmanager.第十六条加班时间计算/Calculationofovertime:1)2)3)第十七条调休/Compensatoryleave1)员工加班后,可以申请同等加班时间的调休作为对加班的补偿;Staffmayapplyforcompensatoryleaveinresponsetotheovertime;间,以实际加班时间为准;加班的最小单位为半小时,缺乏半小时的不计入加班。Wheretheactualtimeofovertimeexceedstheappliedtime,theappliedoneshallprevail;Wheretheactualtimeofovertimeislessthantheappliedtime,theactualoneshallprevail;Theminimumovertimeis0.5hour,thetimelessthan0.5hourisnotdeemedasovertime.2)3)任何调休均需先有加班时间,后才能申请调休;年)。Compensatoryleavemustnotbetakenbeforeovertime;Themaximumdaysofcompensatoryleaveofeachmonthis2days,thevalidityofcompensatoryleaveis6months(driverisallowedfor1year)/Leavemanagement第十八条休假审批/Approvalofleave1)原则上,任何假期,员工都须提前申请并填写《员工请假单》。对于特别状况的,员工须事先通过短信等方式向部门领导口头请假,并经相关领导批准;请假视为旷工。Inprincipal,anysortofleaveshallbeapprovedwithsubmissionof[LeaveApplication].Forspecialcircumstance,staffshallserveoralapplicationandgettheapprovalbeforehand,buthe/sheorconsigneeshallmakeupwrittenapplicationwithin3daysafterthefirstdayofleave,ifnot,itwillbedeemedasabsenteeism.2)审批权限/Authorityofapproval第十九条休假(包括事假、病假、调休假)的最小单位为1小时;超过1小时的,最小单位为0.5小时。年休假的最0.5Theminimumtimeofleave(includepersonalaffairleave,sickleave,compensatoryleave),theminimumtimeofthepartexceeding1houris0.5hour.Minimumtimeofannualleaveis0.5day.其次十条77Wherestafftakesleavesuccessivelyorcumulatively7daysandaboveduringtheprobat
