个人(学习方案)怎么写

1、学习的心态很重要。

炎炎夏日,心浮气躁,头晕眼花,难以静下心来看书,这些都是不争的事实,外界的因素总是不断的干扰着我们的心绪,可能否更好的利用这段时间,让自己的成果有一个质的飞跃和突破是更重要的关键。心浮气躁看不下去书的同学,不妨试试常常拿凉水洗洗脸,然后听一些舒缓的.音乐,或者是一些小品相声之类的,或者是自己鼓舞自己好好学习的录音,这样起码让自己心态平和,(考研)最重要,也是境界的心态就是:胜,不妄喜;败,不惶馁;安,不奢逸;危,不惊惧;胸有激雷而面如平湖者,可以拜上将军也。

2、如何安排好各科目的学习时间。

暑期课程支配紧凑,需要很强的消化力量和整理笔记的力量。老师们讲授的均是各个科目考试的精华,因此提前预习就显得尤为关键。

(1)政治课程老师讲的很快,内容许多,因此课堂的笔记很重要,课下要准时把笔记整理清晰,讲义要充分利用好,学问体系和框架图显得尤为关键。政治的学习并不需要具备特殊糊涂的头脑,因此可以放在你脑子并非特殊清晰的时候记忆和背诵。

(2)数学强调思维,强调解题的技巧和(方法),因此分门别
