太阳能光照数据世界各地光照强度Whatissolarinsolation?Theamountofelectromagneticenergy(solarradiation)incidentonthesurfaceoftheearth.Basicallythatmeanshowmuchsunlightisshiningdownonus.Whyisknowingtheinsolationleveluseful?Byknowingtheinsolationlevelsofaparticularregionwecandeterminethesizeofsolarcollectorthatisrequired.Anareawithpoorinsolationlevelswillneedalargercollectorthananareawithhighinsolationlevels.Onceyouknowyourregion'sinsolationlevelyoucanmoreaccuratelycalculatecollectorsizeandenergyoutput.WhatunitsareusedtoexpressInsolationlevels?ThevaluesaregenerallyexpressedinkWh/m/day.Thisistheamountofsolarenergythatstrikesasquaremetreoftheearth'ssurfaceinasingleday.Ofcoursethisvalueisaveragedtoaccountfordifferencesinthedays'length.Thereareseveralunitsthatareusedthroughouttheworld.Theconversionsbasedonsurfaceareaasfollows:1kWh/m/day=317.1btu/ft/day=3.6MJ/m/dayTherawenergyconversionsare:1kWh=3412Btu=3.6MJ=859.8kcalIsmyregion'sinsolationlevellow,moderateorhigh?Thefollowingscaleisabasicguideforinsolationlevels.Althoughavalueof5isnotconsideredveryhighduringthesummermonths,asanaverageannualvaluethisisveryhigh.YouwillseethatincentralAustralia,whichisahot,sunnyplace,theannualaverageinsolationis5.89.Youmaycompareyoulocationtothefollowingtwoextremelocations.Averageannualinsolationlevels:CentralAustralia=5.89kWh/m2/day-VeryHighHelsinki,Finland=2.41kWh/mJday-VeryLowNowIknowmyinsolationlevel,howdoIcalculatemycollector'ssize?Whendeterminingwhatsizecollectoryouneed,youmustconsidertwokeyfactors:insolationlevelandenergyrequirements.Energyrequirementwillusuallytakeintoconsiderationthevolumeofwaterandriseintemperaturerequired.Onceyouknowthesefactorsyoucandeterminethesizecollectoryourequire.Thebiggerthecollectoryouhave,themorehotwater,butyoushouldmakeaneconomicallysounddecision.Generallyitiswisetoselectasizewhichwillprovideyouwith90%ofyourhotwaterneedsinthesummer.Althoughitmayseemstrangetouseavalueofonly90%forsummersolarcontribution,itisforgoodreason.Itisnormaltosizebasedon100%ofyoursummerhotwaterenergyneeds,withapercentageprovidedthroughoutothermonths,lowestobviouslyinwinter.Thatisbasedonnormalwaterusage,butoften,andparticularlyinthesummer,waterusagepatternsmaynotbethatnormal,withcoolerthannormalshowerstakeninhotweather,andgreaterpossibilityofthehousebeingvacantforoneortwodayseachweek(weekends).Assuch,usingatargetvalueof90%willprobablyactuallyresultinasystemthatisabletosupplymorethan100%ofyourhotwaterneedsinthesummer,withoutexcessiveheatproduction,whichcanleadtowaterlossviapressurereleaseandawasteofenergy.Thecalculatorbelowcanhelptodeterminehowmanyevacuatedtubesyourequiregivenyourenergyrequirements.Solarcollectorscomeinasetofstandardsizingof10,20,22or30,dependingonyourregion.Ofcourseyoucanalsocombinecollectorstoincreasethesize.Ifyougetananswerthatisnotastandardsize,asageneralrule,selectthenextsizedown-thiswillpreventhavingtoomuchheatinthesummer.Dependingonyourpreference,eitherMetricorImperialvaluesmaybeusedtocalculatethenumberoftubesrequired.Pleasenote:1kWh/m2/day=317.1Btu/ft2/day/html/solar_collector_size.htmWaterVolume=Thisshouldrepresenttheactualvolumeofhotwaterusedatthetapintotaleachday.Althoughmosthotwatersystemshavetargettempsof60oC/140oF,whenshoweringatemperatureofbetween42oC/107oFand45oC/113oFisnormallyused.Therefore300Lofhotwateratthetapmayonlydraw220Lofhotwater(at60oC/140oF)fromthestoragetank.**TemperatureRise=targettaphotwatertemp-averagemainscoldwatertemp.Targethotwatertempshouldusuallybearound42oC/107oFto45oC/113oFColdwaterusuallyfluctuatesbyabout10oC/18oFbetweenwinterandsummer.Acheckofyourlocalweatherrecordsshouldprovideyouwithanideaofaveragecoldwatertemperatures(normallabout10oC/50oFinwinterand20oC/68oFinsummer,inmildregions).Apartfromthethreekeyfactorsusedinthecalculationabove,youmayalsoneedtoconsider:Annually/dailyshadepatternsAngle/directionofinstallation(alessthanidealanglewillreduceefficiency)6.Installationsite(Doyouhaveenoughroomforthecollector(s)?)Theestimationsabovearejustaguideandarebasedonaaveragesummerperformancelevelof70%.Asexplainedaboveitisbestnottooversizethesystem.Yourlocaldistributormayneedtocompleteaonsiteinspectiontoaccuratelyassessyourrequirementsanddesignasolarwaterheatingsystemwhichsuitsyourneeds.Formoreinformationaboutperformanceandheatenergyoutputpleaseclickhere.
