F&BTerraceGardensuptooutdoorareasassociatedwithF&BTerrace.Thesecuritywallandplantingprovidesvisualseparationtopeopleonthestreetandasenseofprivacytotheuserssittingattables.Overallqualityisofalushgardenenvironmentandthehighqualityfinishesandappearance,providingbenefittothehotelguestaswellasthestreetscapeSectionBuildingSurround&HotelF&BTerraceServicedApartmentEntryEntrydefinedbylargecanopytreesandshrubstocontrastwiththoseofthehotelentry,establishingaseparatecharacter.FeaturestonepavingwithcontrastingpolishedandhonedfinishesPedestrianpathandvehicularpavementseparatedbyhedgeplantingLoadingDockScreenplantingtohideundesirableviewstobackofhouseareasandutilitiesLesserqualitypavementfinishes,ofheavydutyconstructionwillensurenoconfusionwithmainhotelentry/exitpoint.HotelPodiumGardenIndividualgardenroomsfeaturingVenetianartworkstoexpresstheNewVenetiantheme.Roomissuggestedbyfeaturewalls,plantingandornamentationGardenspacesutilisingplantingdisplayswithyearroundfoliageandfloraldisplaysFourwaterfeaturesandassociatedsculpture/ornamenttofeatureNewVenetianartwork.•LargerAreatoviewnorthernwaterfeature•Servicestructure/revisedplanting
