说明切割边缘完全光滑。格子中没有一块方块脱落。5%。涂层沿着边缘和/或切割处剥落。受到影响的横切5%15%。/或15%35%。

发生剥落的横切区域外表外观〔以六行平行刀口为例〕--------65%。甚至无法归入等级4的剥落程度。 -------A.Assessingtheresistanceofpaintcoatingbyacross-cuttest(ISO12944,ISO2409).Thetestisperformedwithamuti-bladecuttingtool,thespacingoftheedgesbeing2or3mm,asfollows:13Makeacutinthecoatingwithuniformpressureonthecuttingtool.Thecutshallpenetratetothesubstratesurface.Makethesecondcutcrossingthefirstcutat90℃sothatalatticepatternisformed.Brushthepanellightlywiththesoftbrushseveraltimesbackwardsandseveraltimeforwardsalongeachofthediagonalsofthelatticepattern.Cutalengthypieceofventilationducttapeandplacethecenterofthetapeoverthelatticeinadirectionparalleltoonesetofcuts.Smooththetapeintoplaceovertheareaofthelatticeandforadistanceofatleast20mmbeyondwithafinger.Toensuregoodcontactwiththecoating,rubthetapefirmlywithafingertip.Removethetapebygraspingthefreeendandpullingitoffsteadilyin0.5-1.0sec.Atananglewhichisapproximately60°.Examinethecutareaofthetestcoatingingoodlighting.Seethetablebelowfortheclassificationofthetestarea:Thetestfailsiftheresultisclassifiedbetween3-5,andthecoatingalsoflakesinplatyribbonsatnon-crossedcuts(frombasemetal,frombetweenthecoatinglayersorfromsomesinglelayerbycracking).14ClassificationoftestresultsAppearanceofsurfaceofcross-cutareafromClassification description whichflakinghasoccurred(Exampleforsixparallelcuts)Theedgesofthecutsarecompletelysmooth:noneofthesquaresofthelatticeisdetached.Detachmentofsmallflakesofthecoatingattheintersectionsofthecuts.Acrosscutareanotsignificantlygreaterthan5%isaffected.Thecoatinghasflakesalongtheedgesandattheintersectionsofcuts.Acrosscutareasignificantlygreaterthan5%,butnotsignificantlygreaterthan15%,isaffected.Thecoatinghasflakedalongtheedgesofthecutspartlyorwhollyinlargeribbons,andithasflakedpartlyorwhollyon differentpares or the squares.
