Procedure:

ChipHybridization

Add200µlofwaterinthegrooveonthebottomofthecassette.

Placethechip(gridfacingup)inthebottomofthecassette.

Usepipettetoadd12μldifferenthybridizationsolutionintotheostioleonthecoverslip

Placethecoverslipsontopofthechip.Makesurethatthesidewiththeprotrudingfeaturesfacesdown.

Putthechipinto42℃waterbathfor1.5hour.
