specttheconvenienceoffiredoor(bothside),thedoorandthedoorframewhetheraccordwellwitheachother.Aneffectivenesstestshallbecarriedouttoallselfclosedfiredoors.检查每个防火门在其两面开启的方便性,及门与门框的吻合情况。并对所有自闭式防火门进行自动关闭的效用试验。Theexaminationofallacceptancechecklocation所有验收处所的检验Accordingtothedrawingofthisvesselandrelevanttechnicaldata,Inspectthearrangementofaccommodation,installationanddistributionoflivingfacilitieswhethermeettherequirements.按照本船之图纸及有关技术资料,检查本船所有处所的布置、各种生活设施的安装、配置是否满足要求。Examinationoflivingfacilities生活设施的试验Toeverykindofelectricityandlivingfacilitiesconductseffectnessexperiment.detailedinelectricitypart.对各种电气生活设施进行效用试验。详见电气部分文件。Testandlayoutofanchorandwindlass锚布置与锚机的试验Windlass,anchorchainandanchorshallhavethecertificateofclassificationsociety,testshallbecarriedoutafterinstallationonboard.锚机、锚链和锚的试验应在安装上船之后进行,它们应具有船级社证书。Inspectionofthefoundationintegralityexterior,andtheinstallationofwindlass,chain,anchor,cableholderandcablereleaserintegralityshallbeinspected基座完整性的外观检查,并检验锚机安装、锚链、锚、止链器、导链轮和缆绳释放器的安装完整性。Carryoutveerandinverseoperation15minwhenthewindlasshavenoload,Inspectallmovingpartsduring30mintest,butcannothavemutualroll,heatingandcollision,inspectthereliabilityofspeedregulator.锚机无负荷时的倒顺转操作各进行15分钟试验,在这30分钟的试验中,检查所有运动部件,不能有互轧,发热与碰撞等现象。检验速度调节器的可靠性。Thewindlassshallbrake2to3timesduringthereleaseforeachanchor,thenhaultheanchorbywindlass,andthetestbelowshallbecarryout:在每门锚释放期间,锚机应制动2到3次,然后由锚机收锚,此时应作如下项目的试验:Testofconvenienceofcluthandreliabilityofbrakingdevice.离合器的方便性及制动设备的可靠性试验。Observetheconditionofanchorchainthroughchainpipe、guidechainroller、housingstopper,theanchorshallsmoothmovewhenanchorthroughthechainwheel.观察锚链通过锚链管、导链轮、止链器等的情况,锚链通过链轮时应平滑运动。Inspectthehousingstopperlocationwhetheriscorrect,andwhetherisfasten,theanchorintheanchorrecesswhetherisingoodconditionandsticktohull.止链器位置是否正确,是否紧固,锚在锚穴位置是否完好,贴紧船体。Whethertheanchorchainflushingequipmentisworkable?锚链冲洗设备工作是否正常。Eachanchorchainmarkingandchainsternfastenstatusshallbeexaminedbeforeinstallation.Theinspectionofcablereleasershallbecarriedoutwhentheanchorisreleasing.Inspectthechainpipeupinchainlockerwhetheriswellafterallanchorchaintakeback.每个锚链的标记和链尾固定情况应在安装前进行检查,弃链器设备的检验应在锚脱勾时进行。锚链全部收好后检查链在锚链舱的堆放情况是否完好。Shipyardsortouttherelevantrecordandfillintestreportafteranchorequipmentsandwindlasstest.Andsignedbyshipyard/classificationsociety/shipowner.锚设备及锚机试验后船厂整理好有关记录并填写试验报告,并由船厂/船级社/船东签名Testandinspectionofmooringequipmenttowingequipment系泊和拖曳设备的试验Examinearrangementandinstallationofmooringandtowingequipmentwhetheriscorrect,andwhetheriseasytouseandwillcutthecable.Emergencyoperationtestofwindlass/load/start/stopshallbecarriedout.Towinghookelectricreleasetestandloadtestalsoshallbecarriedout.检查系泊和拖曳设备的布置与安装是否正确无误,是否易于使用和是否会发生有割损缆绳等情况。进行锚机/负载/起动/停止/应急操作的运行试验。进行拖钩电动释放试验和拖钩的负荷试验。Thetestofrudderequipmentandsteeringgear.舵设备及操舵装置的检验Trialcondition试验条件:Examinetheintegralityofrudderinstallationandsteeringsystem.检查舵装置及操舵系统的完整性;hydraulicsystemtestwhetherisdoneaccordingtodemand.液压系统是否按要求测试完毕;Testcontent试验内容:Thehydraulicsteeringgearshallberunnotlessthan30minunderno-loadcondition,examinetheerrorbetweentherudderangleindicator、steeringmachineandtherudderblade,Therudderturnfromamidshippositiontotwoshipboardwhentesting,Collatewhentherudderangleincreaseeach5°,thenrecordit.Examinetherudderstopperwhetheriswellassemble.液压舵机应进行不少于30分钟的空载运转试验,检查舵角指示、操舵器与舵叶之间的误差,试验时自正舵位置向两舷转舵,每增加5°舵角核对一次,并作好记录,检查限位器的安装正确与否。Executesthecontinuoussteeringtestofelectrohydraulic,examineworkingconditionsofhydraulicsystem,temperatureriseofbearingandvibration,whendoingcontinualsteering,theangleturnform0°to35°port,35°portto35°stb,andcarryoutalternately,finallyto0°,butnotlessthan10round,preliminarymeasuretheneededtimeformoneshipboard35°toothershipboard30°whentesting.电动液压操舵的连续操舵试验,检查液压系统的工作情况,轴承温升及振动情况,连续操舵时应从0°至左35°,左35°至右35°,交替进行,最后至0°,不少于10个往复,试验时初步测定自一舷35°转至另一舷30°所需时间。Theelectro-hydraulicsteeringgearshouldbecarriedoutoperationeffectivenesstestinwheelhouseandsteeringgearroomseparately.电动液压舵机应在驾驶室和舵机舱分别作操作效用试验。Thetestofmainsteeringgearswitchtoemergencysteeringgearshallbedone,theoperationtimeofemergencysteeringgearshouldnotlessthan15min主操舵装置转换到应急操舵装置的试验,应急操舵装置操舵时间不少于15分钟。Testandreceptionoflifesavingappliance救生设备的检验和接收Inspectthecategory,amount,andfixingofallinflatableliferaft、lifejacketandlifebuoywhetheraccordingtodesigndrawing,andalllifesavingapplianceshallhavethequalifiedcertificate.检查所有气涨式救生筏,救生衣和救生圈等的种类、数量、布置和安装是否符合设计图纸,所有的救生设备应具有合格证书。Inspectthereliabilityofliferaftfixtureandwhethercaneasilycasttowater.witnessedbyclassificationsociety/shipowner.检验救生筏固定设备的可靠性和是否能够方便抛放水中。由船级褂船东见证。Inspecttheamount,arrangement,fixingpositionofthesignalequipment(Inspectallkindsofsignalequipmentaccordingto“Navigationsignalarrangementandmaststructuredrawing”“safedrawing”(suchassignallight,signalshapethings,signalflag,pyrotechnicsignal,selfignitinglightoflifebuoy,soundsignaletc)whethersatisfyfinishedplan,andcheckthequalifiedcertificateofthisequipmentbeforeandafterinstallationontheship.信号设备的检验与试验(按照《航行信号布置及桅杆结构图》,《安全图》)检查各种信号设备(如信号灯、信号形状用品、信号旗、烟火信号、救生圈的自亮灯、声音信号等)的数量、布置、安装位置是否满足设计的完工图纸,并在安装到船上之前和之后检查这些设备的质量合格证。Examinationoffire-protectionapparatusare(accordingto“safedrawing”)checkedthequality,amount,arrangementandlaypositionofportabletypefoamfireextinguisher,CO2fireextinguisher,everykindoffireextinguisher,firehoseboxes,fireaxe,allkindsoffirefightingfacilitiesandspareaerationequipmentsupplyforfiremen'sbreathingapparatus,andexaminewhetheriseasytogetandfacilitytouse.Testthealtitudeofgunfiringrangeandwateramountoffirefightingsquirtandwatercannon.防火设备的检验(按照《安全图》)检验手提式泡沫灭火器、CO2灭火器、各类灭火器、消防水龙带箱、消防斧、各种救火设施和消防员呼吸器的备用充气设备的质量、数量、布置及其安放位置,以上设备是否能容易取得和方便使用。试验消防水枪及水炮的射高、射程及水量。Allhullfittingsexamination所有船体属具的检验:Checkthenumberofallhullfittingsandarrangementweatherismatchwiththedetailedlist.根据船体属具各种清单,检查所有的船体属具的数量与布置是否与清单相符。3.Seatrial航行试验Thepurposeoftheseatrialistodeterminetheseagoingperformanceoftheship,determinewhetheraccordingwithtechnicalcriteria,thisvesselperformancedatashallprovidedtocrewforguidance.航行试验之目的是确定此船舶之航行性能,决定是否符合其技术指标,此船的性能数据提供给船员作参考。Thecontentandrequestoftheseatrialisasfollow:航行试验的内容与要求如下:Speedtest航速试验:Trialcondition试航条件:Thevesselloadingconditionandfore&aftdraftshallbeaccordingwiththedesignstatusasmuchaspossiblewhentrialing.Allow±3%errorofdisplacement,anditshallhaveenoughcruisedistancetoguaranteevesselhavestablecruisingrangeandthemainenginehaveastablerateofrevolutionbeforethevesselenterspeedtrialzonetomeasurespeed.SpeedtrialshouldbecarriedoutwhentheweatherisgoodandthewindforcecannotbeoverBF2,theclassofoceanwavedonotoverclass2,andthecurrentiscalm.试航中,船舶的装载状态和首尾吃水应尽可能符合此船的设计状态,排水量误差允许±3%,应有足够的航距,以保证船舶有一稳定的航程和船舶进入测速区测速前主机有一稳定的转速。航速试验应在天气条件良好下进行如风力不超过BF2,海浪不超过第二级,而且水流平稳。Timesofspeedtests航速试验次数:Thespeedtestsmustincludenotlessthanthenumberoftimesbelowofcomeandgocruisingrangeoverarecognizedmeasuredmile(downstreamandadversecurrent)toconfirmthefreerunningspeedofthisvessel.Alsoshouldsatisfythedemandofclassificationsociety.航速试验须包括不小于如下数量的在一公认测量距离范围内的来回航程(顺流和逆流),以证实本船的自由航行速度。也要满足船级社的要求。two--doublerunsatdesigndraftandatthe85%ofmaximumcontinuousratingofthemainengine.两个一在设计吃水和主机发出85%的最大连续功率下的来回双航程;two-doublerunsatdesigndraftandatthe100%maximumcontinuousratingofthemainengine.两个一在设计吃水和主机发出最大连续功率下的来回双航程。Toeachgivenpower,thetrialspeedistheaverageofcomeandgomeanvalueofrecordvelocity.Theaveragevelocityis:对于每个设定的功率,试航速度须是在来回方向所记录速度的平均值的平均,其平均速度为:V=(V1+V2+V3+V4)/4。Speedtestsmethod航速试验方法:Andshouldusenotlessthan2stopwatchtomeasurevelocityseparately,limitthevesselofftrackin2°.Theaverageofshipspeedshallcalculatedbytheformulaabove应使用不少于2个秒表在船上独立测速,船舶偏航限制在±2°之内。航速的平均值用上述公式计算得出。Acceleratedtest加速试验:Recorditssailingtime,distancewhilethevesselacceleratefromstationarystatetostabledesignroutespeed.船自静止状态加速至稳定的设计航行速度,记录其航行时间、距离。Endurancetestofmainengines主机耐久性试验:Themostpartofmechanicalequipmentonboardshallbecarriedoutatleast4hoursoperationtestduringthemainengineisatloadtest.Testthereliabilityofoperationtoallmechanicalsystem.Atleastfour(4)hoursendurancetestformainengineshallbedone(includingthespeedtest)withtheenginesrunningatmaximumcontinuousrevolutions(100%MCR)ahead.在主机负荷试验期间,船上的其它大部分的机械设备也必须进行至少四小时的操作试验。测试所有机械系统的操作可靠性。伴随着主机发出全额的向前最大功率,须进行至少四小时(包括航速试验在内)的耐久性试验。Turningtest迥转试验Thepurposeofthistrialistomeasuretheturningdiameterwhenthevesselisatthemaximumruderangle,measurethemaximumheelingangleonturningofallkindsofshipspeedM转试验之目的是测定船舶在最大舵角时迥转直径,各种航速下的最大迥转横倾角。Turningtestcondition迥转试验条件:Turningtestshallbeconductedundercertainmeteorologicconditionsandseacondition,Themainenginerateofrevolutionshouldkeepsteady5-10min.迥转试验应在一定的气象条件和海况下进行,主机转速应保持稳定5-10分钟。Trialcontent:试验内容:Carryout15°portandstarboardturningtestwithmainengineat100%MCR,recorditssteadyturningdiameter,timeandmaximumheelingangle.在主机满负荷的情况下作左及右15°回转试验,记录回转直径、时间及最大横倾角。Inertialtrial惯性试验Thepurposeoftheinertialtrialistodeterminethevesselstopdistanceandtimeatdifferentmainenginerateofrevolution,anddeterminevesselleewayangle.惯性试验的目的是决定在各种主机转速下船舶的停止距离和时间,以及船舶的风压偏位角。Testcondition试验条件Testshouldbeproceedundergoodmeteorologicconditionsandseacondition,Keepthecruise、shipspeedandmainenginerevolutionofthevesselstablebeforetrial,Rudderangleshouldkeepatcenterposition.试验应在良好的气象条件和海况下进行,试验前,应保持航行、航速以及主机转速的稳定,试验期间,舵角应保持在正中位置。Thecontentandnumberoftimesoftest试验内容与次数fullspeedaheadstop全速前进停止halfaheadstop半速前进停止fullspeedaheadfullspeedastern全速前进全速倒后fullspeedaheadhalfspeedastern全速前进半速倒后Recordskiddingtimeanddistanceofeverytrial记录每次试验的时间和滑行距离Coursestabilitytest航向稳定性试验Theaimofthetrialistodeterminetheabilityofmaintenancevesselcourse.试验的目的是决定船舶保证航向的能力。Testcondition试验条件WindforceshallnotexceedtheBF2andtheoceanwavedonotexceed2classeswhentrail,andproceedundersteadyflow.Beforetrialshouldrecorddraft、winddirection,windspeed,currentandetc.试验应在风力不超过BF2,海浪不超过第2级以及水流平稳的条件下进行。试验之前应记录船的吃水、风向、风速以及水流等情况。Thecontentandnumberoftimesoftest试验的内容与次数Readandrecordcompass/GPSevery10secafterthemainengineat100%MCRandtherudderstopatcenterpositionfor3-10min.Keepthisstatusfor3-5min.thiskindoftrialshouldcarryoutoncefordownstreamandagainstthecurrentseparately.当船舶在主机全速和舵停止在正中位置3-10分钟之后,每10秒阅读和记录罗径/GPS读数一次。连续此状
