keep:在此处意为“保存，保存〞keep?tooneself不向他人诉说，保守机要；

在此句中，keep表示“（使?）保持（某种状态或关系）；一直??，后面接动词

时，该动词要用-ing的形式，形成keepdoing…结构。

这是一个主从复合句，既有宾语从句，又有定语从句。其中“thefirststepistofind

someoneyoutrusttotalkto〞是宾语从句，作动词thinks的宾语。而“youtrust〞又是一个定语从句，修饰先行词someone.动词不定式totalkto也作定语，修饰someone.
