第5页共5页英文自我评价和工作总结Afterasemesterofbaptism,Ideeplyfeelthatwhenateacherisnotsimple,beingateacherisnotsimple.Requireaninfinitelove,patience,andmoreimportantly,suchasneedle-likefinemindcancreatetransferchildrenthrivegoodeducationenvironment.Classworkisworkmanager,Ifaceisvibrant,thinking,feeling,astrongdesireforself-expressiongraders,soasemester,givemethemostintenseexperienceis:classteacherworkhavebothmacromanagementgroup,butalsoamicropersonalitydevelopment;alsohaveastrongforward-looking;toworkmoremeticulousinplace,theonlywaytomaketheoveralldevelopmentofstudentsinhealthclass.Asafirstgradeteacher,Iamagainstourclasslivelyfeatures,dothefollowingwork:First,strengthengeneraleducation,trainingthechildren'sconsciousness.Herecalledthecaseofthefirstmonthofschool,andismoredifficult.Day,suchas"henhatching"Usuallysittinginclass.Fromsit-stand,raisetheirhands,queuing,diningetc.Youteachfrom.Aweeklater,thestudentsgraduallylearnedwheneverydayasanything.So,Icombinetheworkofplanning,theuseofthemorningmeeting,theclasswillequaltime,fromdiscipline,learning,health,safety,humanities,etc.,thestudentsstandardizationofeducation,sothattheyunderstandthatwhattodo,nottodowhatthings.Overtime,thestudentcodeofconductmuchprogresshasbeenbasicallyadaptedtoprimaryschoollife.Second,morerecognitionandmoreincentivestostimulatethechild'sself-motivated.Dailymorningreadinglesson,Iwillencouragechildrentoreadthetextinhisownway,andinthecourseoftheinspectiontour,thestudentsstudyingseriouslybigpraise,classtimecalledthembeforetalkabouttheheart,admiretheirmerits.Students'enthusiasmincreaseeverymorningreadinglessontheylearnfromreadingthetext.Dailycleaningofclassroomsandotherhabits,andIwillfollowthemethodofrewardmorningreadingsessionsandacomprehensiveevaluationattheendofoneweekto,orhavedonewellinallaspectsofprogressincertainaspects,inparticularbadhabitsgetridofsome,Iwillawardthemastar,theyspurtheuseofthechild'sself-motivated.Praisethechildrenseetheclassstandingsstarsareparticularlyhappy,andsomeofthemeventotheclassinthemorningtothetimetobecarefulnottoseethestarsareout.Third,andparentsmorecontact,moreexchangesandjointlypromotethechild'sdevelopment.Ithinkthatapersoncannotsurvivewithoutaffectingthefamily.Theimpactonthechild'steacherandthenabig,ifnottheresponseandcooperationofthefamily,mustbeweakin.SoIoftenusewhenparentspickupthechild,andparentscommunicate,toexpresstheirviewsonthechild'seducation,reflectingthechild'sperformanceinschoolandtomakesomesuggestionsandsoon.Unknowinglypassedasemester,thestudentsintotheschoolfromnow,wecansaythechildren'sprogressisgreat,willlearn,express,withteachers,studentsexchange,cantaketheinitiativeinhealthclass,andsomesmallwhencadreshaveakindofmold,andcancompareandabidebytherulesandregulationsoftheschool.Fourth,dotheworkoftransformingbackwardstudentsOurclass,thereareafewunderachiever.Accordingly,Conversionunderachieverisanessentialworkoftheteacher.Ithinkofpoorstudentsshouldbegivenspecialcare.Todoideologicallynon-discrimination,notemotionallytired,theattitudeisnotrude.Poorstudentstousetheirownpieceofsincerelove,goknockingonthedooroftheirheart.Tobegoodatdiscoveringtheirshine.Forexample:intheclassroomdonotrivetedhonors,shouldgiveunderachievercreateconditionstoencouragethemtoraisetheirhandstospeak,begivenpromptrecognition,rewards,sothattheycanconfidentlyfacelearning.Extracurricularactivecounseling,andmorecontactwithparentsforjointhome-schoolstudentstocreateagoodlearningenvironment,butalsotopromotetheclasslearningenvironment.Fifth,oftenmadewiththeclassroomteacherstocontact,tounderstandstudents'learning,collaborativestudentlearningpurposeofeducationistostimulateinterestinlearning,hardtolearnthewilloftheChurchtolearn,tolearnallthesubjects,andmasteracademicburdenonstudentsamount.Throughtheaboveworkingclassstudentsdiscipline,learning,health,dailybehavioralnormsandsohaveagreaterchange,educationforthefutureworktolaythefoundation.Ofcourse,theworkingclassisascience,youneedtocontinuetoexplore,inthefutureIwillcontinuetowork,duediligenceanddothiswork.班主任工作是管理人的工作,我所面对的又是朝气蓬勃,有思想,有感情,自我表现欲强的一年级学生,所以一个学期下来,给我最最强烈的体会是:班主任工作中既要有宏观的群体管理,又要有微观的个性发展;还要有强烈的前瞻性;工作更要细致的落实到位,只有这样才能使学生在班上健康全面发展。作为一年级班主任,我针对我们班活泼好动的特点,做了如下的工作:一、加强常规教育,培养孩子们的自觉性。二、多表扬多奖励,激发孩子的上进心。三、和家长多联系,多交流,共同促进孩子的发展。我认为,一个人的成长离不开家庭的影响。教师对孩子的影响再大,如果得不到家庭的响应与合作,必然是势单力薄的。所以我经常利用家长接送孩子的时候,与家长交流,表达自己对教育孩子的看法,反映孩子的在校表现和提出一些建议等等。四、做好后进生的转化工作我们这个班,后进生还是有几个。因此,转化后进生是班主任的一项必不可少的工作。我认为对后进生要给予特别的关爱。要做到思想上不歧视,感情上不厌倦,态度上不粗暴。要用自己对差生的一片真诚的爱心,去叩响他们的心灵之门。要善于发现他们的闪光点。比如:在课堂上不要紧紧盯着优等生,应多给后进生创造条件,鼓励他们举手发言,及时给予肯定、奖励,使他们也能自信地面对学习。课外积极辅导,多与家长联系,争取家校联合为学生创造一个良好的学习环境,同时也促进班级学习氛围。通过以上工作,本班学生纪律、学习、卫生、日常行为规范等都有了较大转变,为今后的教育教学工作打好了基础。当然,班主任工作是一门科学,需要不断探索,在今后的工作中我将不断努力,尽心尽责做好这一项工作。英文自我评价和工作总结(二)Timeflies,asemesterissoonover,lookbacksixmonthscansayhecticandgainalot.ThanksforallschoolleadersandteacherscareandhelptomakeprogressandIhavetoimproveinallaspects.Next,Iworkforthepastsixmonthstodoabriefreviewandsummaryofthefollowingaspects.one.Abilitytowork1.Intheteachingprocesshasalwaysbeenimplementingtheconceptoftheneweducationcurriculumref
