ContainerLoadingOperationalInstructionsforExportThepurposeofthis istoensuresafeloading,andachievehighqualityandhighefficiencyloadingbystandardizingoperationalproceduresforthecontainerloadingforexport二 范UsersOf isusedbycarriersforthecontainerloadingofexport三 操作步Inordertoprotectthecablesfromdamagescausedbyunqualifiedcontainersorwrongcontainers.Avisualcheckshouldbeperformedbeforeloading.ThecheckincludestheCleanlinessoftheIntegrityoftheContainerForanycablesloadingtothecontainer,avisualcheckshouldbeperformedonitthatanyinconsistenciesfromprovideddataoranomaliesshouldbereportedtothemanagerimmediayincaseofloadinganyunqualifiedcablesorwrongcables.ThecheckincludestheDrumnumberofCableFibernumberofLengthofCablepackage.includespackagemanner,packagematerialandtheintegrityoftheAmongallthecheckingitems,shipper’sstatementaboutthecargopackage,includingpackagemanner,packagematerialandtheintegrityofpackagemustbe edwiththeshipper’soriginalsignatureandstamp.Forkliftcanbeusedtoassisttheloadingofcables.Cabledrumsarelargeandeasyrollingcargoswithheavyweight,theloadingoperationsshouldbesmoothandsteadywhenusingtheforkliftasassistantloadingequipmentforcabledrumsareeasilydamagedbythecrushorimpactfromtheoutside.图2为错误的叉车光缆方法。Particularattentionshouldbepaidtothewaythatcablesarecedonthepalletforkwhileusingforklifttotransportcables,andtherightwayofcabletransportationisshowninFigure1.Figure2showsthewrongwayofcabletransportationinwhichcabledrumsareeasilyrollingdownfromtheforklift,mightresultincabledamageorevenhurtingtheonlineworkers.Figure1:therightwayofcabletransportationwithFigure2:thewrongwayofcabletransportationwithSingle-deckcableFigure3showstheprocedureofusingforklifttoassistloadingwhichcanbedescribedin3steps.Firstly,transportonecableinfrontofthecontainerbytherighttransportationway.Secondly,upliftthecablealittlehigherthanthetformofthecontainerbypalletfork,andthenputtheendofthepalletforkintothecontainer.Thirdly,rollthecableslowlyandsteadilyintothecontainerbyloadingstaff(Itshouldbenoticedthatthewayshowninfigure3inwhichcablesarecedonthepalletforkisonlypermittedtoassistloadingthecable,anditisstrictlyforbiddentobeusedtotransportthecable).
