第九版（ICD-9）1979

临床修订版（ICD-9-CM,HCIMO）1992国际疾病和相关健康问题统计分类法（ICD-10）每10年左右改版一次，ICD目前最新版本是ICD-10，出版于1992年。得到广泛使用的是1975年出版的第9版，称为ICD-9。1979年美国国家健康统计中心出版了ICD-9的临床修订版ICD-9CM。其欧洲版为HCIMO（ClassificationInternationaledesMaladiesetoperations,adeptationhospitaliere）。
