*Buildaregular,cleanandperfectlylevelsupportingsurfaceforthemachine,asindicatedinthedrawingsN°212602023(seechapter21“ANNEXES“). *Makesurethereissufficientspacearoundthepresstoalloweasyaccessforoperatorsandmaintenancestaff(seechapters16,17and18inthismanual). *Forsafetyandenvironmentalreasons,asuitablyinclined“oilcollector“channelshouldbebuiltaroundthewholeMasterMotorPumpassemblyinordertoallowanyleakedoiltobecollectedwithasuctionpump(notincludedinsupply). *Makesuretheareaissufficientlyilluminatedandventilated.3500MT建筑根底图N°21清洁、恰当的设备根底。*确保挤压机四周有足够的修理和操作虑,应在主压力泵组装件四周建筑一条倾斜的收集泄露油的通〕*确保照明、通风状况良好。Installsuitableairextractionandfilteringassembliesoverthepressarea.Thelubricationcircuitsofthebillet,theblockandthebladeoftheshearhavebeendesignedforpowders(e.g.:Extrolub,graphite,boron)andspecificfluidlubricants(e.g.:Aquadag)forthesolepurposeoffacilitatingextrusionandextendingthelifetimeofthecomponentsthatcomeintodirectcontactwiththebillet.TheselubricatingpowdersandfluidsmustbechosenandpurchasedbytheUser:theUsermustthereforeassess-onthebasisoftheinformationcontainedinthetechnicalproductsheets-theconsequencesoftheiruseintermsofemissionsoftoxicsubstancesduringextrusionaswellastheneedtoinstallspecificcollectiondevices,suchasextractorhoods.TheUsermustalsoassesstheiruseasregardstheenvironmentalimpactcausedbytheirdisposal.Afterintroducingand“heading“thebilletinthecontainer,the“degassing“phaseisperformed.Thisbacktheplungerandopeningthecontainerinordertoreleasethehotandhumidmixedvapoursofthenitrogenblownintothediefromthebilletandintotheatmosphere.TheUsershouldinstallsuitableextractionandfilteringdevicesintheareaoverthepressifthevolumesofvapour,dependingonthehumidityoftheextrudedbilletandthequantityofnitrogenused,aresufficientlylargetocreateproblemsforoperators.〔这些根本信息包含在产品技术单内〔主要取决于坯料的湿度和氮气的用量〕假设过大将会对操作者产生问题。*Preparearegulatory(asregardsthecountryofdestination)electricalpowerlinewiththevoltagetothegeneralelectricalpanelofthepress(seetheidentificationplateonthegeneralelectricalpanel).*预备一条满足挤压机电压要求的沟通线路以便及挤压机连接。〔见仪表盘处铭牌〕Prepareadrinkingwater(pureifpossible)supplylinewithagenerallinevalveandanadjustableoperatingvalvewithasufficientlyconstantpressureandflow.*预备一条带总阀和可调整流量和水压操作阀的饮用水管线。tothecompressedairsupplyofthebuilding.*预备一条压缩空气连接收线。ATTENTIONthe3500MTpresscannotoperateinanexplosiveatmosphereorinatmosphereswhereanti-explosiveequipmentisrequired!留意!中进展操作。ENVIRONMENTALCONDITIONSThenormalenvironmentalworkingconditionsare:正常的工作环境条件:Ambienttemperature环境温度 EXTRUSION, carefully read chapter uppercolumntherelativecolumns,securingthemwiththeirnuts.-安装挤压筒上部液压缸,定位挤压筒固定梁。-安装上部护栏,然后安装相连的护栏,用螺母固定好。-Mounttheshearonthecontainerholdercrosspiece.-Mountthepre-fillingvalveattherearofthemastercylinder(ifithasnotyetbeenmounted);-Pre-stressthecolumnsusingtherelativejacks;-在挤压筒固定梁上安装压余剪。-在主缸的后面安装充液阀〔假设它没有被安装〕。-用千斤顶预压紧圆柱体。-PositionandsecuretheOiltanktotheupperpartofthemastercylinderandtothelegssupportingtheframeusingthesuppliedscrews.Alsomounttheoiltankassemblycomponents,suchasthegangwaysonthesidesofthetankwithrelativehandrails,theinspectionladderandthepiping.统。Securethemainmotorpumpstothefloor,inthepositionshownonthedrawing(previouslymarkedoutduringassembly),weldingtheplatestothemostsuitablepointonthelowerpartoftheframe,drillingholesinthefloor(inthesamepositionastheholesintheplates)withamasonrybitofthesamediameterastheplugs,insertingthesuppliedplugsandtighteningthescrews;确保主泵到地面的距离如图纸所示〔在安装中预先作好记的孔及衬板的孔全都,用大小相像的螺杆插入并拧紧螺栓。ATTENTION留意!Beforecarryingoutfinalfixing,connectthepumpsuctionpipe,withrelativecurveandpiping,totheoiltankassembly.在执行最终固定前,连接泵的液压管道到油箱组件。Mountthecontainerand,ifnecessary,adjustthelowerandupperpressguidesusingtheadjustmentscrewsincorporatedintotheslidingblocksofthecontainerassembly. -Positiontheloader.-安装挤压筒,假设需要,用及挤压筒滑块一体的调整螺栓调整上部和下部导向。-安装上锭机。Connectthevariouspipescompletingthe3500MTpressanditsoilhydraulicsystem(seeoilhydraulicdrawingN°212650001inthe“ANNEXES“chapter).ThisoperationmustbeperformedbySPECIALISEDSTAFF. -Lastly,makethefollowingconnections:
