效果分析：在教学活动中，我发现几个问题：一、通过学生独立练习、小组讨论等方式能够调动学生的积极性，基本达到预期效果。师生互动基本达到理想效果。二、学生能够跟着老师的思路，我的主导地位和学生主体地位把握很好。三、准备充分，但是普通话不怎么过关。所以，回想整个教学过程，我需要改进的地方还很多，下一步，我会积极努力，多向老教师学习，尽快成长起来。教材分析：
