DetailedinformationontheoperatingfluidisgivenintheOperatingFluidmanual.

在《操作液体手册》中给出了关于操作流体的详细信息。

ThecontrolsystemisonlyallowedtobeoperatedwithfireresistantpressurefluidsofgroupHFA.

在控制系统中，只能使用HFA类防火压力液体。

ThepropertiesofthepressurefluidmustmeettherequirementsaslaiddowninDIN24320.

压力液体的属性必须满足DIN24320的要求。

Itisrecommendedtouseemulsionscontaining3%to5%ofconcentrate.Apoormixture(e.g.50%water,50%

oconcentrate)couldleadtodamageofthesealingmaterialsduetocloddedconcentrateparticles.

建议您使用浓度为3%到5%的乳化液。如果混合比例不当(比如50%的水和50%的浓缩物)，会因为浓缩物

颗粒发生凝结而导致密封材料被损坏。

ThewaterintendedtobeusedforthepressurefluidshouldcomplywiththerequirementsofDIN24320.

Thecompositionofthewaterhastobecheckedregularly.Operatingtemperaturesshouldnotexceed50℃.

必须定期检查水的成分。操作温度不应该超过50°C。

Infectionoftheemulsionwithmicro-organismshastobecombatedintimebyaddingsuitableadditives

(“inoculation")andshorteningtheintervalsbetweenlabtests.

usedtoconnecttothecontrolsystem.

checkthatthehoselineisdepressurized.Ahosewithoutpressureturnsreadily.Onprops,additionallyobservethe

pressuregaugereading.只有在给胶管降压之后才能进行更换操作。转动胶管的插拔型接头以检查胶管管路已经

A降压。没有压力的胶管会比较容易转动。此外，还要注意观察立柱上的压力表的读数。
